Postal Ballot Counting will take place in separate Halls at both the Counting Venues. Distribution of Tables at Halls is as follows-

Secrecy of Counting Process:
• There will be Three-Stage Cordoning at the Counting Venue. 1st at the 100 meter distance from the Venue, no Vehicle will be allowed inside this Cordon, Only Staffs/Agents having ID Card issued by RO will be allowed to enter this cordon without mobile, electronic gadgets; 2nd Cordon at the entrance of the Venue where DFMD frisking will be done; and 3rd at the entrance of the Hall.
There will be proper arrangements for frisking of the Counting Staff/Agents and no will be allowed to enter without valid identity cards issued by appropriate authority.
No Contesting Candidate/Election Agent/ Counting Staff/ Counting Agent will be allowed to take Mobile Phone or electronic devices/ gadgets inside counting venue.
* All the counting tables will be covered under CCTV surveillance.

Counting of Votes of EVM-
EVM Counting will take place in 2 Halls/ Assembly Segment. Therefore, Total 14 Halls will be used for EVM Counting at each of the Parliamentary Constituency. Total Nos of Tables where votes in EVM will be counted
