গোপাল বিশ্বাস নদীয়া :-পদবী বিহীন মানে, দত্তক নেওয়া এমন নয়। জাতি ধর্মের ঊর্ধ্বে মানবিকতার ধর্মে দিক্ষিত করার জন্য নিজের সন্তানকে পদবী বিহীন রাখার সিদ্ধান্তে বহু আইনি লড়াইয়ের পর জয়লাভ হয়েছিলো নবদ্বীপের এক দম্পতির। এমন কি বৈবাহিক সূত্রে স্বামী প্রতাপ চন্দ্র দাসের পদবী বহন করতে হয়নি স্ত্রী মৌসুমী দেবনাথকেও। কারণ তারা কুসংস্কার মুক্ত বিজ্ঞান ও যুক্তিবাদী মানসিকতায় বিশ্বাসী। নবদ্বীপ পৌরসভার ১৬ নম্বর ওয়ার্ডের “নাস্তিক ভিলা”-য় মৌসুমী দেবনাথ ও প্রতাপ চন্দ্র দাসের উদ্যোগে তাঁদের পুত্র অনীশ সংকল্পের দ্বিতীয় জন্মবার্ষিকী এবং বিশ্ব রক্তদাতা দিবস উপলক্ষে রক্তদান শিবিরের আয়োজন এবং গাছ বিতরণ করে এক অন্যন্য নজির গড়লেন। আমাদের রাজ্য জুড়ে রক্তের সঙ্কট ক্রমশ বেড়েই চলেছে। রাজ্যের ব্লাড ব্যাঙ্কগুলিতেও পর্যাপ্ত রক্ত স্টক নেই। ব্লাড ব্যাঙ্কের রক্তশূন্যতা মেটাতে ও মুমূর্ষু রোগীর জীবন বাঁচাতে নিজের ছেলের জন্মদিনে রক্তদান শিবির করে নবদ্বীপবাসীকে অবাক করেদিলেন। আমরা সাধরণত কোনো জন্মদিনে যা দেখি তার ঠিক উল্টো এবং ব্যতিক্রমী পরিকল্পনায় পালন হলো অনীশের দ্বিতীয় বর্ষের দ্বিতীয় জন্মদিন রক্তদান শিবির এবং গাছ বিতরণ অনুষ্ঠানের মধ্য দিয়ে। দু’বছরের ছোট্ট অনীশ নিজের হাতে গাছ পুঁতে জন্মদিনের অনুষ্ঠান শুরু করে।
নবদ্বীপ সরকার পাড়া এলাকায় তাঁর বাড়ি “নাস্তিক ভিলা” মৌসমী ও প্রতাপের নিজ বাসভবনে তাঁর পরিবারসহ অনেকেই রক্ত দান করলেন। নবদ্বীপ স্টেট জেনারেল হাসপাতালের নবদ্বীপ ব্লাড ব্যাংকের কর্মীরা এদিন শিবিরে এসে রক্ত সংগ্রহ করেন। একইসঙ্গে এদিন রক্তদাতাদের হাতে চারাগাছও তুলে দেওয়া হয়। অনীশ সংকল্পের পিতা প্রতাপ চন্দ্র দাস জানান, ” ছেলের জন্মদিনে আড়ম্বরের পরিবর্তে আর্ত ও মুমূর্ষু রোগীদের জন্য রক্তদান শিবির করতে পেরে আমরা খুবই খুশি। তিনি আরো বলেন, এটাই এ পর্যন্ত আমার জীবনের শ্রেষ্ঠ পাওনা। এই উদ্যোগ দেখে কোনো মানুষ যদি এভাবে অনুষ্ঠানের মধ্য দিয়ে রক্তদান শিবিরের আয়োজন করতে এগিয়ে আসেন তার অনুরোধও প্রতাপবাবু করেন এবং রক্তদাতাদের অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ ও কৃতজ্ঞতা জানান। অনীশের মা মৌসুমী দেবনাথ জানান, ” আমরা সমাজবদ্ধ জীব, তাই রক্তদান করাটা আমাদের সামাজিক দায়িত্ব। গতবছরের মতো এবারও রক্তদান শিবির করা হয়েছে। প্রতি বছর আমরা এইভাবেই আমাদের পুত্র অনীশের জন্মদিন পালন করবো।” আজ ছিলো বিশ্ব রক্তদাতা দিবস। তাই সকল রক্তদাতা বন্ধুকে ধন্যবাদ ও শুভেচ্ছা জানিয়েছেন মৌসুমী ও প্রতাপ এবং রক্তের ঘাটতি মেটাতে ও মানুষের জীবন বাঁচাতে রক্তদানে সকলকে এগিয়ে আসার অনুরোধও করেন তাঁরা।
