কোলকাতা প্রেসক্লাব থেকে শুভ ঘোষের রিপোর্ট : মধ্যবিত্তের আবাসনে বিজিএ রিয়্যালিটর্স-এর নতুন প্রকল্প বাড়ির সঙ্গে গাড়ি! সোনারপুরে ‘অমৃতা আবাস’ ও শিলিগুড়িতে ‘অমৃতা আলয়ম-২’ সাধ্যের মধ্যে আধুনিক পরিষেবা সহ নতুন দু’টি প্রকল্প শুরু করছে বিজিএ রিয়্যালিটর্স ।
কলকাতা, ১৫ জুন ২০২২: মধ্যবিত্তের আবাসন নির্মাণে খ্যাত বিজিএ রিয়্যালিটর্স কলকাতার কাছেই ‘অমৃতা আবাস’ নামে একটি আবাসন প্রকল্পের ঘোষণা করল। ট্রেন ও বাস পরিবহন মাধ্যমে এই নতুন প্রকল্প কলকাতার সঙ্গে সহজেই সংযুক্ত। মূলত কম খরচে আবাসন নির্মাণে যথেষ্ট অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন এই প্রতিষ্ঠান নতুন আবাসন প্রকল্পের ফ্ল্যাটের মূল্যমান যেমন সাধ্যের মধ্যে রেখেছে তেমনি এই আবাসনকে আধুনিক পরিষেবা দিয়ে সমৃদ্ধ করেছে। ‘অমৃতা আবাস’ প্রকল্পে মোট ১৫৫ টি ফ্ল্যাট তৈরি হবে । যেখানে থাকবে ৯২টি সিঙ্গল বেডরুম ও ৬৩টি টু বেড রুমের ফ্ল্যাট । কিন্তু সাধ্যবিত্তের আবাসনের প্রচলিত ধারণার বাইরে বেরিয়ে এই আবাসনে থাকছে বেসমেন্ট পার্কিং, লিফ্ট, ক্লাব, সুইমিং পুলও। শুধু তাই নয় এই আবাসনের বিশাল ছাদে গড়ে উঠছে অসাধারণ ল্যান্ডস্কেপের জগিং ট্র্যাক, ছোটদের জন্য কিডস্ জোন, বয়স্কদের জন্য সিনিয়র সিটিজেন পার্ক, বার্বি কিউ করার লন সহ পার্টি এরিনা। যা এই ধরনের সাধ্যবিত্তের আবাসনে অবশ্যই মহার্ঘ্য আবাসনের পরিষেবার স্বাদ নিয়ে আসবে। আর সব চাইতে উল্লেখ্য এই আবাসনের মূল্য ৮.৫ লক্ষ টাকা থেকে শুরু হচ্ছে। তাছাড়া প্রধানমন্ত্রী আবাস যোজনার সহায়তা নিয়ে এই মূল্যের উপর ক্রেডিট বেসড সাবসিডিও পাওয়া যেতে পারে। বিজিএ রিয়েলটরস-এর ম্যানেজিং পার্টনার ডা: রাজীব ঘোষ জানান, “সাধ্যের মধ্যে আবাসন তৈরিতে আমরা সর্বদাই নতুন নজির গড়ে চলেছি। কলকাতা ছাড়াও বাঁকুড়া, শান্তিনিকেতন, দুর্গাপুর, শিলিগুড়ি, জামসেদপুরে আমরা স্বল্পমূল্যে স্বপ্নের আবাসন মানুষের হাতে তুলে দিয়েছি। বাঁকুড়ায় এক লক্ষ টাকায় ফ্ল্যাট এবং সোনারপুরে দু’ লক্ষ টাকায় ফ্ল্যাট, আমাদের প্রতিশ্রুতির লক্ষ্যপূরণকেই প্রমাণ করে।”
সংস্থার চিফ এক্সিকিউটিভ অফিসার শ্রীমতী শম্পা ঘোষ ঘোষণা করেন এক অভূতপূর্ব অফার, “আমরা অত্যন্ত আনন্দের সঙ্গে জানাচ্ছি অমৃতা আবাসে যে প্রথম ৫০ জন ফ্ল্যাট বুক করবেন তাঁদের মধ্যে লাকি ড্র করে তিন জনকে তিনটি মারুতি অল্টো গাড়িও আমরা উপহার দেব। স্বপ্নের বাড়ির সঙ্গে গাড়িও এবার স্বপ্নপূরণের সঙ্গী হবে।”
সোনারপুরের পাশাপাশি শিলিগুড়িতেও ‘অমৃতা আলয়ম’ প্রকল্পের দ্বিতীয় পর্ব আজ ঘোষণা করা হয়। এই প্রকল্পে ১১২টি ফ্ল্যাট তৈরি হচ্ছে। এখানে মূলত দুই ও তিন বেডরুমের ফ্ল্যাট থাকবে। এই আবাসনের প্রথম পর্বের ৩২০টি ফ্ল্যাট ইতিমধ্যেই পূর্ণ হয়ে গেছে এবং সেখানে মানুষ বসবাস করছেন। অমৃত আলয়মের এই নতুন পর্বে আধুনিক সব ধরনের পরিষেবা থাকছে এবং মূল্য শুরু হচ্ছে ১৭ লক্ষ টাকা থেকে। শিলিগুড়ি মূলত উত্তর-পূর্ব ভারতের প্রবেশ দ্বার হিসেবে বিবেচিত হয়। বাণিজ্যিক ও নানা কারণে বহু মানুষ শিলিগুড়ি শহরের উপর নির্ভরশীল। তাই অমৃতা আলয়মের এই দ্বিতীয় পর্বে থাকছে ১৬টি সম্পূর্ণ রূপে তৈরি সার্ভিস অ্যাপার্টমেন্ট। শুধু সাজানো আবাসন নয় লন্ড্রি, হাউসকিপিং ও ঘরে বসে খাওয়া সহ নানা পরিষেবাও মিলবে এই সার্ভিস অ্যাপার্টমেন্টগুলিতে। বিনিয়োগকারীদের জন্য এই সার্ভিস অ্যাপার্টমেন্টগুলি অর্থাগমের অন্যতম মাধ্যমও হতে পারে। বিজিএ রিয়লটর্স এর বিষয়ে কিছু তথ্য: ১৯৯০-এ স্থাপিত এই সংস্থা একদা বি ঘোষ অ্যাসোসিয়েট নামে পরিচিত ছিল। পরবর্তী কালে নতুন নামকরণ হয় বিজিএ রিয়লটর্স । প্রয়াত উদ্যোগপতি বিমলেন্দু ঘোষ কর্তৃক স্থাপিত এই সংস্থা ইতিমধ্যেই কুড়ি লক্ষ্য বর্গফুট আবাসন ও বাণিজ্যিক নির্মাণ সম্পন্ন করেছে। অতিমারীর আঘাতে জীর্ণ অর্থনীতির মাঝে নতুন করে ঘুরে দাঁড়ানোর পথ দেখাতে বিজিএ রিয়েলটরস বদ্ধপরিকর।
