মালদা: ভারতীয় স্থল বাহিনীর প্রাক্তন সেনা প্রয়াত সুধন্য ঘোষের ৮২ তম জন্মদিন পালন করা হল মহা সাড়ম্বরে। প্রতিবছরের ন্যায় এবছরও মহানন্দা পল্লী এলাকায় আয়োজন করা হয়েছিল এই অনুষ্ঠানের। জানা যায় এদিন ভারতীয় প্রাক্তন সৈনিক প্রয়াত সুধন্য ঘোষের মূর্তিতে মাল্য দান এবং শ্রদ্ধা নিবেদন করে তাঁর ৮২ তম জন্মদিন পালন করা হয়। উপস্থিত ছিলেন প্রাক্তন কাউন্সিলর তথা শহর তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস সভাপতি নরেন্দ্রনাথ তেওয়ারি, দিলীপ সরকার সহ অন্যান্যরা। তার পাশাপাশি এদিন এই অনুষ্ঠানের মধ্যে দিয়ে ভারতীয় প্রাক্তন সৈনিক দের সম্মান জানানো হয়।
Malda: The 82nd birth anniversary of former Indian Land Force soldier late Sudhanya Ghosh was celebrated on a grand note. Like every year, this year too the event was organized in Mahananda Palli area. It is known that his 82nd birthday was celebrated by donating garlands and paying homage at the statue of the late Sudhanya Ghosh, an ex-indian soldier. Former councillors and city Trinamool Congress president Narendranath Tewari, Dilip Sarkar and others were present. Apart from this, the indian ex-servicemen were honoured through this event.
