ইন্দ্রজিৎ আইচঃ আম মানেই ফলের রাজা। সে বোম্বাই- হিমসাগর হোক বা ল্যাংড়া – গোলাপখাস হোক। আর এই আম নিয়ে বিভিন্নভাবে পরীক্ষা নিরীক্ষা চালিয়েছেন এই শহরের বিখ্যাত ফুড বিশেষজ্ঞ ও বুনাফিল এর কর্ণধার সনিকা দে। ৭২ নম্বর হিন্দুস্তান পার্ক, কলকাতা ২৯ এই বাড়ির একতলায় বিখ্যাত সেই হোটেল বা রেস্তোরাঁ যাই বলুন এই “বুনাফিল” । আজ এক সাংবাদিক সম্মেলনে এই বুনাফিল এর কর্ণধার সনিকা দে জানালেন গত ১০ ই জুন থেকে আমাদের এখানে শুরু হয়েছে আম উৎসব। অর্থাৎ আমের নানা রকম নতুন আইটেম এখানে পাওয়া যাবে। যেমন ম্যাঙ্গো এন্ড কফি, কাঁচা আমের মহতি, ম্যাঙ্গো গ্রিল ফিস, মুস কেক, ম্যাঙ্গো চিজ কেক, চিলি ম্যাঙ্গো, চিলি ম্যাঙ্গো ফানা সহ নানা ধরণের সুস্বাদু খাবার এখানে পাওয়া যাবে সুলভ দামে আগামী ১০ ই জুলাই পর্যন্ত। যদি এখানে কাস্টমার ডিমেন্ড থাকে, তাহলে এই আমের খাদ্য উৎসবের তারিখ আরো বাড়াতে পারি। এই সমস্ত খাবারের দাম নিয়ে সনিকা দে জানালেন আমের কাফ কেক ১০০ থেকে ৩০০ টাকা। আমের নানা ধরণের ড্রিঙ্কের দাম ২০০ থেকে ৩০০ টাকা। আমের মেন কোর্স ৩০০ থেকে ৫০০ টাকার মধ্যে পাবেন। সকাল ৭ টা থেকে রাত ১০ টা পর্যন্ত আমাদের বুনাফিল খোলা থাকে প্রতিদিন। কলকাতায় এই রকম জায়গায় আমের রকমারীর নানা ধরনের আর কোথাও পাওয়া যাবে না বলে দাবি করেন সনিকা দে। (KRAZZY FOR WAFFLE) (BUNAPHILE) এক কথায় এই মুহূর্তে আমের রকমারী খাদ্যের প্রাণকেন্দ্র বলা যায়।
