গোপাল বিশ্বাস, নদীয়া :- করোনার আতঙ্ক কাটিয়ে উঠে রথযাত্রা উৎসব উপলক্ষে এইবছর জনজোয়ারে ভাসলো মায়াপুর। নদীয়ার মায়াপুর ইসকন মন্দিরের রথযাত্রা উপলক্ষে শুক্রবার বিকেলে দেশ-বিদেশ থেকে আগত লক্ষাধিক দর্শনার্থীদের সমাগম ঘটে মায়াপুরে। এই দিন বিকেলে রাজাপুর জগন্নাথ মন্দির থেকে ভগবান জগন্নাথদেব, সুভদ্রা ও বলদেবের সুসজ্জিত তিনটি রথ বর্ণাঢ্য শোভাযাত্রার মধ্য দিয়ে প্রায় পাঁচ কিলোমিটার পথ অতিক্রম করে এসে পৌঁছায় ইসকন মায়াপুর মন্দির প্রাঙ্গণে। জগন্নাথ দেবের রথের রশি স্পর্শ ও দর্শন করতে এইদিন বিশেষ উন্মাদনা লক্ষ্য করা যায় উপস্থিত দর্শনার্থীদের মধ্যে। পরপর দু’বছর করোনা আবহে কার্যত মায়াপুরের রথ যাত্রার বর্ণহীন হয়ে পড়েছিল। এই বছর পরিস্থিতির স্বাভাবিক হওয়ার কারণে ফের অগণিত দর্শনার্থীদের সমাগম ঘটে মায়াপুরে। যার কারণে সার্বিক সুরক্ষার দিকে নজর রাখতে স্থানীয় পুলিশ প্রশাসন ও ইসকন মন্দিরের নিজস্ব সুরক্ষা ব্যবস্থা বলয়ে ঘিরে ফেলা হয় ইসকন মন্দির প্রাঙ্গণ সহ গোটা এলাকাকে। এছাড়াও দর্শনার্থীদের মধ্যে বিনামূল্যে প্রসাদ বিতরণের ব্যবস্থা করা হয় ইস্কন কর্তৃপক্ষের তরফ থেকে। মহাসমারহ হয়ে অনুষ্ঠিত হলো মায়াপুর ইসকন মন্দিরের রথযাত্রা উৎসব। রথযাত্রা উৎসব উপলক্ষে এই দিন প্রধান অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন হাইকোর্টের বিচারপতি কৌশিক চন্দ্র সহ রাজ্যের কারা মন্ত্রী উজ্জ্বল বিশ্বাস। উপস্থিত ছিলেন নবদ্বীপ বিধানসভা কেন্দ্রের বিধায়ক পুনরিকাক্ষ সাহা, নবদ্বীপ পৌরসভার পৌরপতি বিমান কৃষ্ণ সাহা ও নবদ্বীপ পঞ্চায়েত সমিতির সভাপতি তাপস ঘোষ সহ অন্যান্য বিশিষ্ট জনেরা।
Gopal Biswas, Nadia :- After overcoming the fear of Corona, mayapur floated in the crowd this year on the occasion of the Rath Yatra festival. On the occasion of rath yatra of Mayapur ISKCON temple in Nadia, lakhs of visitors from across the country and abroad gathered in Mayapur on Friday afternoon. On this day in the afternoon, three decorated chariots of Lord Jagannath, Subhadra and Baldev from Rajapur Jagannath Temple travelled about five kilometres in a colourful procession and reached the ISKCON Mayapur temple premises. A special frenzy can be seen among the visitors present on this day to touch and see the rope of Jagannath Dev’s chariot. For two years in a row, the rath yatra to Mayapur had virtually become colourless in the corona atmosphere. This year, as the situation became normal, countless visitors gathered in Mayapur. Due to this, the local police administration and the ISKCON temple’s own security system to keep an eye on the overall security, the entire area, including the ISKCON temple premises, was cordoned off. Arrangements were also made by iskcon authorities to distribute free prasad among the visitors. The Rath Yatra festival of Mayapur ISKCON Temple was held via Mahasamarah. State Prison Minister Ujjwal Biswas along with Justice Kaushik Chandra of the High Court were the chief guests on the occasion of the Rath Yatra festival. Nabadwip Assembly constituency MLA Punrikaksh Saha, Nabadwip Municipality Mayor Biman Krishna Saha and Nabadwip Panchayat Samiti President Tapas Ghosh and other dignitaries were present on the occasion.
