ইন্দ্রজিৎ আইচঃ রক্ষক ফাউন্ডেশন তাদের তিন জন মূল কর্মীদের নিয়ে একটি সংবর্ধনা অনুষ্ঠানের আয়োজন করেছে, যারা হলেন মহিদুল মোল্লা, মাকলেচুর রহমান মন্ডল এবং ইন্দ্রজিৎ পাল এনারা সংক্রামক কোভিড ১৯-এর কারণে গত দেড় বছরের জন্য পেরোলে ছিল। এনাদের-কে সংবর্ধনা করেছেন শ্রী রাজ জহোরি, শ্রী সুরাজ চন্দ্র এবং শ্রীমতি চৈতালি দাস। মাননীয় সুপ্রিম কোর্ট কোভিড পরিস্থিতির সময় অনেক দোষীদের নজিরবিহীন পেরোল মঞ্জুর করেছেন । দোষীরা যাবজ্জীবন কারাদণ্ড ভোগ করেছে এবং দমদম কেন্দ্রীয় সংশোধনাগারে ২০১৬ সাল থেকে রক্ষক ফাউন্ডেশনের সাথে কাজ করছে। কোভিড পরিস্থিতি এখন উন্নত হয়েছে এবং তাদের কারাগারে ফিরে যাওয়ার সময় এসেছে। যখন তারা পেরোলে জেল থেকে বেরিয়ে আসে লকডাউনের সময়, তারা অনিশ্চয়তাপূর্ণ বেকার ছিল।
রক্ষক ফাউন্ডেশনের শ্রীমতি চৈতালি দাস বলেন, “আমি তাদের পেরোলের কথা এবং দারিদ্র্য ও অসহায়ত্বের কারণে তাদের পরিবারের দুর্দশার কথা জেনেছিলাম। আমার ফাউন্ডেশন তাদের চাকরি এবং সহায়তা প্রদান করেছে। বর্তমানে এই বন্দীরা বিভিন্ন স্তরে বিভিন্ন পাট প্রশিক্ষণ কর্মসূচির মাধ্যমে কারিগর হিসাবে স্বীকৃত ও সম্মানিত। তারা এখন অত্যন্ত দক্ষ এবং দায়িত্বশীল কারিগরে রূপান্তরিত হয়েছে যারা কাঁধে কাঁধ মিলিয়ে রপ্তানি অর্ডার সরবরাহ করছে । বছরের পর বছর ধরে তারা পরিবেশবান্ধব পাটজাত দ্রব্য তৈরিতে পারদর্শিতা অর্জন করেছে। তাদের কর্মের মাধ্যমে সমাজের প্রতি বিশেষ অবদান রেখেছে। তারা কর্মের মাধ্যমে এবং মর্যাদার সাথে জীবনযাপন করার উদ্যোগ গড়ে তুলেছে। তারা পশমী পাটের পাইলট প্রকল্পের চূড়ান্ত পণ্যের সফল ফলাফলের জন্য, কৃতিত্বের যোগ্য।” একটি সাংবাদিক বৈঠক আয়োজন করা হয়েছে,

Inderjit Aich: Rakshak Foundation has organised a felicitation programme with three of its key employees, who are Mohidul Mollah, Maklechur Rahman Mandal and Indrajit Pal Enra who were on a cross for the past one and a half years due to the contagious COVID-19. They have now transformed into highly skilled and responsible artisans who are delivering export orders shoulder to shoulder. Over the years, they have gained expertise in making eco-friendly jute products. made a special contribution to the society through their actions. They have developed initiatives to live through action and with dignity.
