মালদা: আবারো চুরি মালদা মেডিকেল কলেজ ও হাসপাতালের আউটডোর বিভাগ থেকে। ব্লেড দিয়ে এক রোগীর ব্যাগ কেটে নগদ টাকা এবং মোবাইল ফোন চুরির ঘটনায় চাঞ্চল্য ছড়িয়ে পড়ল। সোমবার সকালে এই ঘটনাকে ঘিরে ব্যাপক উত্তেজনা সৃষ্টি হয় মালদা মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতাল চত্বর এলাকায়। জানা গেছে ওই রোগীর নাম রেহানা বিবি। বাড়ি পুখুরিয়া থানার পীরগঞ্জ। জানা যায় এই দিন সকালে বুকের সমস্যা থাকাই মালদা মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতালে আউটডোরে ডাক্তার দেখাতে এসেছিলেন তিনি। লাইনে দাঁড়িয়ে থাকার সময় কে বা কারা ব্লেড দিয়ে ব্যাক কেটে নগদ ১৫০০ টাকা এবং একটি ফোন নিয়ে চম্পট দেয়। বিষয়টি পরে জানাজানি হতেই মালদা মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতালে সামনে কান্নায় ভেঙে পড়েন ওই গৃহবধ। বিষয়টি মৌখিকভাবে জানানো হয় হাসপাতালের পুলিশ ক্যাম্পে। এদিকে বারবার মালদা মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতালের আউটডোর থেকে চুরির ঘটনা ঘটায় অন্যান্য রোগীদের মধ্যে আতঙ্ক এবং ক্ষোভের সৃষ্টি হয়েছে।
