মালদা , ২৩ জুলাই। খাদ্যে বিষক্রিয়ায় গুরুতর অসুস্থ হয়ে পড়লেন একই পরিবারের তিনজন। ঘটনাটি ঘটেছে বামনগোলা থানার সোনাকান্দর এলাকায় । অসুস্থ তিনজনের মধ্যে দুইজনের চিকিৎসা চলছে বামনগোলার মোদিপুকুর গ্রামীণ হাসপাতালে। শনিবার সকালে একজনকে সংকটজনক অবস্থায় ভর্তি করানো হয়েছে মালদা মেডিকেল কলেজ ও হাসপাতালে। মেডিকেল কলেজ সূত্রে জানা গিয়েছে, অসুস্থদের নাম রামপ্রসাদ মন্ডল (৩২), তার স্ত্রী পূজা মন্ডল (২৮) এবং এক ভাই সন্তোষ মন্ডল (২৭)। অসুস্থদের এক আত্মীয় জানিয়েছেন , শুক্রবার রাতে খাবার খেয়ে ঘুমাতে যাওয়ার সময় হঠাৎই ওই তিনজন অসুস্থ হয়ে পড়েন । রাতে তাদের মোদিপুকুর গ্রামীণ হাসপাতালে ভর্তি করানো হয়। প্রাথমিকভাবে মনে করা হচ্ছে রাতের খাবার থেকে কোন বিষক্রিয়া ছড়িয়েছে ওই তিনজনের মধ্যে। তাতেই ওরা অসুস্থ হয়ে পড়েন।
Malda, July 23. Three members of the same family fell seriously ill due to food poisoning. The incident took place in Sonakunder area of Bamangola police station. Two of the three ailing are undergoing treatment at The Modipukur Rural Hospital in Bamangola. One person was admitted to The Malda Medical College and Hospital in a critical condition on Saturday morning. According to medical college sources, the sick have been identified as Ramprasad Mandal (32), his wife Pooja Mandal (28) and a brother Santosh Mandal (27). A relative of the victims said the trio suddenly fell ill on Friday night while they were going to sleep after eating food. They were admitted to The Modipukur Rural Hospital at night. Initially, it is believed that there was some poisoning from dinner among the three men. That’s why they get sick.
