শুভ ঘোষের রিপোর্টঃ শৈবতীর্থ তারকেশ্বরে বাবার মাথায় জল ঢালতে এসে নিখোঁজ হলেন পশ্চিম মেদনীপুরের এক বাসিন্দা। পরিবারের মানুষেরা প্রথমে মেদনীপুর কোতোয়ালি থানায় নিখোঁজ ডাইরি করেন এবং পরে আজ তারকেশ্বর থানায় ঐ ব্যক্তির খোঁজে উপস্থিত হলেন। পরিবার সূত্রে জানা যায় গত রবিবার ভোর বেলায় বাবার মাথায় জল ঢালতে পশ্চিম মেদনীপুরের কামারা চক্র পুকুর এলাকার বাসিন্দা শ্রীমন্ত দাস (৫২) বাড়ি থেকে বের হন। প্রসঙ্গত এর আগেও অনেক বার তিনি বাবার মন্দিরে এসেছেন বলে জানা গেছে। সেইমতো সোমবার তার বাড়ি ফেরার কথা কিন্তু সোমবার অতিক্রম করে মঙ্গলবার বেলা গড়িয়ে গেল তিনি বাড়ি না ফেরায় তার পরিবারের লোকজন উদ্বিগ্ন হয়ে প্রথমে মেদিনীপুর কোতোয়ালি থানায় তার নামে নিখোঁজ ডাইরি করেন এবং আজ শ্রীমন্ত দাসের খোঁজে তারকেশ্বর থানায় তার পরিবারের সদস্যরা উপস্থিত হলেন। তারকেশ্বর থানায় মিসিং ডাইরি করার পাশাপাশি তারা তারকেশ্বর গ্রামীণ হাসপাতালে খোঁজ খবর নেন।
Shubha Ghosh’s report: A resident of West Medinipur went missing after he came to pour water on his father’s head at Shaibtirtha Tarkeshwar. The family members first filed a missing diary at Mednipur Kotwali police station and later came in search of the man at Tarkeshwar police station today. According to family sources, Srimanta Das (52), a resident of Kamara Chakra Pond area of West Medinipur, left his house in the early hours of Sunday to pour water on his father’s head. He has been reported to have visited his father’s temple many times before. Similarly, he was supposed to return home on Monday, but after crossing Monday, he did not return home on Tuesday afternoon and his family members were worried and first made a missing diary in his name at Medinipur Kotwali police station and today his family members appeared at Tarkeshwar police station in search of Shrimant Das. Besides making a missing diary at The Tarkeshwar police station, they enquired at The Tarkeshwar Rural Hospital.
