মালদা: চোরাই মোটরবাইক নিয়ে ডাকাতির ছক বানচাল করল ইংলিশ বাজার থানার পুলিশ। রবিবার রাত্রে গোপন সূত্রে খবর পেয়ে অভিযান চালিয়ে পাঁচজনের এক ডাকাত দলকে গ্রেফতার করে পুলিশ। ধৃত পাঁচজনকে সোমবার মালদা জেলা আদালতে পেশ করে পুলিশ। ইংলিশ বাজার থানা পুলিশ সূত্রে জানা গেছে, চোরাই মোটরবাইক নিয়ে ডাকাতির ছক কোশে ছিল তারা। কিন্তু তার আগেই গোপন সূত্রে খবর পেয়ে রবিবার রাত্রে লক্ষ্মীপুর এলাকায় হানা দিয়ে এই পাঁচজনকে গ্রেফতার করা হয়। উদ্ধার হয় ডাকাতি করার কিছু সরঞ্জাম। পুরো ঘটনা তদন্ত শুরু করেছে ইংলিশ বাজার থানার পুলিশ।
