ইন্দ্রজিৎ আইচঃ ৭ ই আগস্ট রবিবার সকালে সল্টলেক সেক্টর ৫ এ উদ্বোধন হয়ে গেলো প্রায় ৩৫০০ স্কয়ার ফুটের ক্ষেত্রি ফাউন্ডেশন এর নতুন কর্পোরেট অফিসের। এই অফিসের উদ্বোধন করেন রাজারহাট নিউ টাউনের বিধায়ক তাপস চট্টোপাধ্যায়। উদ্বোধনের পর সাংবাদিকদের তাপসবাবু বলেন ক্ষেত্রি ফাউন্ডেশন মানুষের জন্য কাজ করবে। যেখানে গরিব মানুষের চিকিৎসার প্রয়োজন যেখানে সাধারণ মানুষের আইনি পরামর্শ প্রয়োজন সেখানেই সম্পূর্ণ বিনা পয়সায় তাদের পাশে দাঁড়াবে এই ফাউন্ডেশন। এনাদের আমি বহুদিন চিনি বা জানি। এক সাংবাদিক সম্মেলনে এই ক্ষেত্রি ফাউন্ডেশন এর মূল কর্ণধার ও আইনজীবি রাজেশ ক্ষেত্রি জানালেন আমি একজন আইনজীবি ও সমাজসেবী। রাজারহাটে থাকি। বহুদিন ধরে রাজারহাট ও নিউটাউন এলাকায় বহুদিন ধরে বিনা পয়সায় বিভিন্ন চিকিৎসা পরিসেবা দিয়ে আসছি। অনেকদিনের একটা ইচ্ছে ছিলো আমার একটা অফিস হোক। সেটাই আজ উদ্বোধন হলো। আমাদের পরিকল্পনা হলো সারা পশ্চিমবঙ্গ জুড়ে ফ্রি হেল্থ ক্যাম্প করবো। এর জন্য ভ্রাম্যমান গাড়ি থাকবে। গ্রামে গঞ্জে গরিব মানুষদের বিভিন্ন রোগের চিকিৎসা করা হবে, আমাদের বিভিন্ন ডাক্তার আছে। তারা তাদের চিকিৎসা করবে। বিনামূল্যে ওষুধ দেবে। রাজারহাটের বিভিন্ন এলাকা দিয়ে শুরু হবে এই মেডিক্যাল চেকআপ। এছাড়া যে কোনো গরিব মানুষের আইনি পরিসেবা দেওয়া হবে সম্পূর্ণ বিনামূল্যে। দুর্বার মহিলা সমিতির শ্রমিকরা যাতে তারা সঠিক মর্যাদা পায় তাদের ও আমরা আইনি সাহায্য করছি। সবমিলিয়ে এই ক্ষেত্রি ফাউন্ডেশন সমাজসেবা মূলক কাজে নানাভাবে যুক্ত থাকবে। এই অফিসে ৪০ জন স্টাফ আছে যারা সব সময় এই কাজে সাহায্য করছেন ও করবেন। সাংবাদিক সন্মেলনে উপস্থিত ছিলেন ক্ষেত্রি ফাউন্ডেশনের পরিচালক দেবস্মিতা ভট্টাচার্য, অ্যান্টি হিউম্যান ট্রাফিকিঙের প্রধান দেবতোষ বসাক, কলকাতা পুলিশের প্রাক্তম কর্তা দীপক কুমার দত্ত, সিআইডি প্রধান সুজন ঘোষ সহ আরো অনেকে।
Indrajit Aich: August 7, on Sunday morning, the new corporate office of the Kshetri Foundation, about 3500 square feet, was inaugurated at Salt Lake Sector 5. The office was inaugurated by Rajarhat New Town MLA Tapas Chatterjee. After the inauguration, Tapas Babu told reporters that the Kshetri Foundation will work for the people. Where the poor people need medical treatment, where the common people need legal advice, this foundation will stand by them completely free of cost. I’ve known or known them for a long time. At a press conference, Rajesh Khetri, a lawyer and the main founder of this Kshetri Foundation, said, “I am a lawyer and social worker. I live in Rajarhat. For a long time, I have been providing various free medical services in Rajarhat and New Town areas for a long time. For a long time I wanted to have an office. That’s what opened today. Our plan is to hold free health camps across West Bengal. There will be a mobile car for this. The poor people will be treated for various diseases in the village, we have different doctors. They will treat them. Give free medicines. This medical checkup will start from different areas of Rajarhat. Apart from this, legal services will be provided completely free of cost to any poor person. We are also providing legal assistance to the workers of The Durbar Mahila Samity so that they get proper dignity. Overall, this field foundation will be involved in social service work in many ways. There are 40 staff in this office who are and will always help in this work. Director of Khetri Foundation Debasmita Bhattacharya, Head of Anti-Human Trafficking Debatosh Basak, Kolkata Police Officer Deepak Kumar Dutta, CID Chief Sujan Ghosh and many others were present at the press conference.
