গোপাল বিশ্বাসের রিপোর্টঃ ৩০, ৩১ শে আগস্ট ২২, দুদিন ব্যাপী সারা ভারত কিষাণ মহাসভার নবম রাজ্য সম্মেলন শুরু হল নদীয়া জেলার কৃষ্ণনগর রবীন্দ্র ভবনে। এদিন সকাল ১১ টায় দলীয় লাল পতাকা উত্তোলন ও বিভিন্ন সময়ে গণ আন্দোলনে শহীদদের স্মরণ করে অনুষ্ঠানের সূচনা করেন কিষাণ মহাসভার জাতীয় সম্পাদক ও বিহার বিধান সভার সদস্য রাজারাম সিং। এছাড়াও এই সম্মেলনে উপস্থিত ছিলেন CPIML লিবারেশনর কেন্দ্রীয় কমিটির সদস্য কার্তিক পাল, প্রবীর হালদার, সলিল দত্ত, এ আই সি সি টি ইউ র রাজ্য সম্পাদক বসুদেব বোস সহ কিষাণ মহাসভা ও CPIML এর রাজ্য ও জেলার নেতৃবৃন্দ। এরপর সম্মেলনের সুবিমল সেনগুপ্ত মঞ্চে পশ্চিমবঙ্গ গণ সংস্কৃতি পরিষদের শিল্পীদের গণ সংগীত পরিবেশনের মধ্য দিয়ে সম্মেলনের কাজ শুরু হয়। কিষাণ মহাসভার সর্বভারতীয় সম্পাদক রাজারাম সিং এর ভাষণ দিয়ে সম্মেলনের কাজ শুরু হয়। এদিন কিষাণ মহাসভার নবম রাজ্য সম্মেলনে উপস্থিত কৃষ্ণ নাগরিক ও APDR এর নেতা তাপস চক্রবর্তী তাঁর বক্তব্যে আগত কৃষক প্রতিনিধিদের ও AIKM এর নেতৃত্ব বৃন্দকে স্বাগত জানিয়ে বলেন কৃষকদের স্বার্থে আন্দোলনকে শক্তিশালী করে তোলার আহ্বান জানান। এই সম্মেলনে বাংলার বিভিন্ন জেলা থেকে প্রায় পাঁচ শতাধিক কৃষক প্রতিনিধি সম্মেলনে যোগদান করেন। তাদের বিভিন্ন দাবীর মধ্যে রয়েছে, পরিবেশ রক্ষার জন্য আদিবাসিদের উচ্ছেদ করা চলবে না। এছাড়াও ১৪ দফা দাবিতে এই সম্মেলন বলে জানান A I K M এর রাজ্য সম্পাদক জয়তু দেশমুখ।
Report of Gopal Biswas: On August 30, 31, 22, the nine-day long ninth state conference of the All India Kisan Mahasabha began at Rabindra Bhavan in Krishnanagar in Nadia district. Rajaram Singh, national secretary of The Kisan Mahasabha and a member of the Bihar Legislative Assembly, inaugurated the programme by hoisting the party’s red flag at 11 am and remembering the martyrs of the mass movement at different times. CpiML Liberation’s central committee members Kartik Pal, Prabir Halder, Salil Dutta, AICCTU state secretary Basudeb Bose and state and district leaders of Kisan Mahasabha and CPIML were also present at the conference. After that, the work of the conference started with the performance of mass music by the artists of The West Bengal Gana Sanskriti Parishad at the Subimal Sengupta Stage of the conference. The work of the conference began with the speech of Rajaram Singh, all-India secretary of the Kisan Mahasabha. Krishna Nagarik and APDR leader Tapas Chakraborty, who was present at the 9th State Conference of The Kisan Mahasabha, welcomed the farmers’ representatives and the leaders of AIKM in his speech and called for strengthening the movement in the interest of the farmers. About 500 farmer delegates from different districts of Bengal attended the conference. Their various demands include that indigenous people should not be evicted to protect the environment. AIKM state secretary Jaitu Deshmukh also said that the conference was also a 14-point demand.
