ইন্দ্রজিৎ আইচঃ উত্তর ভারতের হরিয়ানার দুটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ শহর রোহতক এবং ভিওয়ানিতে ১১ – ১৩ সেপ্টেম্বর অনুষ্ঠিত হল নাটক ও মূকাভিনয়ের কর্মশালা। ১১ সেপ্টেম্বর, রবিবার, ভিওয়ানিতে এক দিবসীয় কর্মশালা হয় কে.এল.একাডেমীতে। স্থানীয় শিক্ষক রূপেশ যাদব ঐ কর্মশালার সংগঠক। গোবরডাঙা নাবিক নাট্যমের নির্দেশক জীবন অধিকারী এবং ইমন মাইম সেন্টারের কর্ণধার ধীরাজ হাওলাদার এবং দত্তপুকুর স্পার্টাকাস নাট্যগোষ্ঠীর শিল্পী বুদ্ধদেব ভট্টাচার্য এই কর্মশালা পরিচালনা করেন। কুড়ি জন শিক্ষার্থী ঐ শিবিরে অংশগ্রহণ করেন।
১২-১৩ সেপ্টেম্বর রোহতকের মহর্ষি দয়ানন্দ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের স্টুডেন্টস একটিভিটি সেন্টারে অনুষ্ঠিত হয় দুই দিনের কর্মশালা। প্রায় তিরিশ জন শিক্ষার্থী ঐ শিবিরে যোগ দেন। এই দুই দিনে জীবন অধিকারী, ধীরাজ হাওলাদার ও বুদ্ধদেব ভট্টাচার্য থিয়েটারের বিভিন্ন বিষয়ে প্রশিক্ষণ দেন। ছাত্রছাত্রীরা “ধরম আপনা আপনা, লেকিন দেশ হামারা এক” নামে একটি নাট্য প্রযোজনা পরিবেশন করেন। ধীরাজ হাওলাদার এবং জীবন অধিকারী ‘বেরোজগার যুবা’ (Unemployed Youth) নামে একটি মূকাভিনয় পরিবেশন করেন। সমরেশ বসুর লেখা ছোট গল্প ‘আদাব’ অবলম্বনে একটি নাটক প্রদর্শন করেন বুদ্ধদেব ভট্টাচার্য এবং চঞ্চল ঘোষ।
১৪ সেপ্টেম্বর ‘হিন্দী দিবস’ উপলক্ষে পশ্চিমবঙ্গ থেকে উপস্থিত শিল্পীদের আমন্ত্রণ জানানো হয় রোহতক মহর্ষি দয়ানন্দ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের Journalism and Mass Communication Department-এর পক্ষ থেকে। ঐ অনুষ্ঠানে সভাপতিত্ব করেন বিভাগীয় প্রধান অধ্যাপক হরিশ আর্য এবং পরিচালনা করেন অধ্যাপক সুনীত মুখার্জি। সেই অনুষ্ঠানে মূকাভিনয় প্রযোজনা ‘আউর খুন নেহি চাহিয়ে’ পরিবেশন করেন শিল্পী ধীরাজ হাওলাদার। কর্মশালার স্থানীয় সংগঠক উমেশ কুমার মৌর্য। তিনি বলেন পারস্পরিক আদানপ্রদানের মধ্যে দিয়ে ভাষা ও সংস্কৃতি বিকশিত হয়।
Indrajit Aich: A workshop on drama and performance was held on September 11-13 in Rohtak and Bhiwani, two important cities of Haryana in northern India. On Sunday, September 11, a day-long workshop was held at K.L. Academy in Bhiwani. Rupesh Yadav, a local teacher, is the organiser of the workshop. The workshop was conducted by Jibon Adhikari, director of Gobardanga Navik Natyam and Dhiraj Howlader, owner of Emon Mime Centre, and Buddhadeb Bhattacharya, artist of Dattapukur Spartacus Theatre Group. Twenty students participated in the camp.
A two-day workshop was held at the Students’ Activity Centre of Maharishi Dayanand University in Rohtak on September 12-13. About thirty students joined the camp. On these two days, Jiban Adhikari, Dhiraj Howlader and Buddhadeb Bhattacharya trained in various subjects of theatre. The students performed a theatrical production titled “Dharam Apna Apna, Lekin Desh Hamara Ek”. Dhiraj Howlader and Jeevan Adhikari performed a performance called ‘Unemployed Youth’. Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee and Chanchal Ghosh performed a play based on the short story ‘Adab’ written by Samaresh Basu.
On the occasion of ‘Hindi Diwas’ on September 14, artists from West Bengal were invited by the Journalism and Mass Communication Department of Rohtak Maharshi Dayanand University. The programme was presided over by Prof Harish Arya, Head of the Department and moderated by Prof Sunit Mukherjee. At that event, artist Dhiraj Howlader performed ‘Aur Khoon Nahi Chahiye’. Umesh Kumar Maurya is the local organiser of the workshop. He said language and culture develop through mutual exchange.
