রাজেন্দ্র নাথ দত্ত:মুর্শিদাবাদ: মুর্শিদাবাদ জেলার কান্দী পৌর এলাকার প্রাচীন দুর্গাপুজো গুলির মধ্যে অন্যতম জেমো বাঘডাঙ্গা ভাঙা বাড়ির বুড়িমার দুর্গাপুজো। প্রায় ৪০০ বছরের প্রাচীন এই দুর্গাপুজো প্রতিষ্ঠা করেছিলেন বিকল সিংহ। বর্তমানে রাজা নেই রাজ প্রাসাদ নেই । তবে আগে ভগ্নদশা ভুগলেও বর্তমানে সংস্কার করা হয়েছে বাঘডাঙ্গা জমিদার বাড়ি। পরিবারের বর্তমান সদস্যরা এই পুজো নিয়ম ও নিষ্ঠার সঙ্গে আজও চালিয়ে আসছেন পুজো। পরিবারের অন্যতম সদস্যরা জানিয়েছেন, বাঘডাঙ্গা ভাঙা বাড়ি নামেই খ্যাত এই পুজো, বর্তমানে এই পুজো নাম বুড়িমার দুর্গাপুজো। আগে ভাঙা বাড়ি থাকলেও বর্তমানে মন্দির সংস্কার করা হয়েছে। তবে ৪০০বছর আগে পুজো সুচনাকালীন দেবীর গায়ের রঙ ছিল গৌড়ি, বর্তমানে দেবীর গায়ের রঙ এবং শাড়ির রঙ এক আছে এবং দেবীর এখানে কোন রঙ পরিবর্তন করা হয় না। আগে যে রঙে পূজিত হয়ে এসেছেন বর্তমানে সেই রঙেই পূজিতা হন দেবী মা দুর্গা। জিতা অষ্টমির দিনে এক বিশেষ পুজোর আয়োজন করা হয়। প্রাচীন কালের এই পুজো দেখতে বহু দুর দুরন্ত থেকে মানুষ জন আসেন পুজো দেখতে। তবে এখানে সিংহ বদলে নরসিংহ দেখা যায়, রাজ আমলে বোধনের দিন থেকে ঘট এনে পুজো পাঠ করা হলেও বর্তমানে ষষ্ঠীর দিন থেকে ঘট এনে পুজো পাঠ শুরু করা হয় বলে জানান পরিবারের সদস্যরা। বর্তমানে বাঘডাঙ্গা জমিদারবাড়ি ভগ্নদশা কাটিয়ে নিয়ম নিষ্ঠার মধ্যে দিয়ে বর্তমানে পরিবারের সদস্যরা এই প্রাচীন পুজো আজও চালিয়ে আসছেন। কোভিড মহামারি পরিস্থিতির পর এবছর দুর্গাপুজো মেতে উঠবেন বাঘডাঙ্গা জমিদারবাড়ির সদস্যরা ।
Rajendra Nath Dutta: Murshidabad: One of the oldest Durga Pujas in the Kandi municipal area of Murshidabad district is the Burima Durga Puja of the broken house of Jemo Baghdanga. This durga puja, which is about 400 years old, was founded by Bikal Singh. At present, there is no king and no royal palace. However, earlier the house of the Baghdanga zamindar has been renovated even though it suffered from demolition. The present members of the family continue to perform this puja with rules and devotion even today. One of the family members said that this puja, known as Baghdanga Bhanga Bari, is now called Burima’s Durga Puja. Earlier, the house was demolished, but now the temple has been renovated. However, 400 years ago, the colour of the goddess’s skin was Gaudi at the time of the puja, now the color of the goddess’s skin and the color of the saree are the same and there is no change in the color of the goddess here. Goddess Durga is now worshiped in the same color in which she was worshiped earlier. A special puja is organized on the day of Jeeta Ashtami. People from far away places come to see this puja of ancient times. However, instead of the lion here, Narasimha is seen, during the raj period, the puja was recited by bringing the ghat from the day of Bodhan, but now from the day of Shashthi, the puja is started by bringing the ghat, the family members said. At present, the family members are continuing this ancient puja even today by overcoming the ruins of the Baghdanga Zamindarbari. After the Covid-19 pandemic situation, the members of the Baghdanga Zamindarbari will celebrate Durga Puja this year.
