মালদা: মদ্যপ অবস্থায় দুই ব্যক্তির প্রকাশ্য মারামারি। রক্তাক্ত দুজনই। খবর পেয়ে ঘটনাস্থলে পুলিশ। শনিবার সকালে ঘটনাটি ঘটেছে ইংলিশ বাজার থানার হ্যান্টা কালী মোড় এলাকায়। জানা যায় এদিন সকালে মদ্যপ অবস্থায় দুই ব্যক্তি থুতু ফেলাকে কেন্দ্র করে হঠাৎই মারামারি করতে শুরু করে। ইট পাটকেল দিয়ে একে অপরের উপর হামলা করে। খবর পেয়ে ঘটনাস্থলে পৌঁছায় কৃষ্ণ পল্লী ট্রাফিকের দায়িত্বে থাকা পুলিশকর্মী। রক্তাক্ত অবস্থায় দুজনইকে উদ্ধার করে মালদা মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতালে নিয়ে আসে। এদিকে এই ঘটনায় এদিন ব্যাপক চাঞ্চল্য ছড়িয়ে পড়ে।
