মৎস্যজীবীদের স্বনির্ভর করতে চিংড়ি ও কাঁকড়া বাণিজ্যিক চাষে অভিনব উদ্যোগ নন্দীগ্রামে

নন্দীগ্রামঃ নন্দীগ্রাম। নামটা কমবেশি সকলের জানা। একসময় বোমা গুলির শব্দে ঘুম ভাংতো। সময়ে সাথে সাথে নন্দীগ্রামকে ঘিরে নানা স্মৃতি রয়েছে। আর সেই নন্দীগ্রামেই এবার স্থানীয় মৎস্যজীবীদের স্বনির্ভর করতে  নন্দীগ্রাম ব্লক মৎস্য বিভাগের উদ্যোগে নন্দীগ্রাম একুয়া ফার্মার্স ওয়েল ফেয়ার সোসাইটির ব্যবস্থাপনায় ও  সামুদ্রিক পণ্য রপ্তানি উন্নয়ন সংস্থা  (MPEDA- NACSA) সহযোগীতায় কর্মসংস্থান ও বৈদেশিক মুদ্রা অর্জনকারী রপ্তানি পণ্য ঈষদ নোনা জলের বাণিজ্যিক মাছ , চিংড়ি ও কাঁকড়া চাষ বিষয়ক মত বিনিময় সভা আয়োজিত হলো বৃহস্পতিবার।  এদিনের আলোচনা সভার শেষে পুকুর ভেড়িতে মাছ ও চিংড়ির সাথে সাথে অভিনব বক্স-ক্রাব- পদ্ধতিতে কাঁকড়া চাষ সহ  বিস্তির্ণ নন্দীগ্রাম এলাকার অপার সম্ভবনার বানিজ্যিক জলজ চাষের ক্ষেত্র গুলি ঘুরে দেখেন এবং মাছ চাষিদের সাথে মত বিনিময় করেন নন্দীগ্রাম ব্লকের সমষ্টি উন্নয়ন আধিকারিক সুমিতা সেনগুপ্ত, পঞ্চায়েত সমিতির কর্মাধ্যক্ষ মৌসুমি পানি ও ব্লকের মৎস্যচাষ সম্প্রসারন আধিকারিক সুমন কুমার সাহু।

Nandigram: Nandigram. The name is more or less known to everyone. Once upon a time, the sound of bombs broke his sleep. Over time, there are many memories surrounding Nandigram. In order to make the local fishermen self-reliant, the Nandigram Block Fisheries Department organized a view exchange meeting on the cultivation of commercial fish, shrimp and crab in the salt water, which is an export product that earns employment and foreign exchange, under the management of Nandigram Aqua Farmers Welfare Society and marine products Export Development Agency (MPEDA-NACSA).  At the end of the day’s discussion, he visited the commercial aquaculture fields of the vast Nandigram area, including crab farming in the pond with fish and shrimp in the pond, and exchanged views with the fish farmers, Sumita Sengupta, Community Development Officer of Nandigram block, Seasonal Water and Fisheries Extension Officer of the block Suman Kumar Sahu.

এলাকার ৫০ জন মাছ-চিংড়ি-কাঁকড়া চাষি মত বিনিময় সভায় উপস্থিত ছিলেন। মাছ চাষি  সেখ নাজমুল হোসেন, অনুপ কুমার মন্ডল , সঞ্জয় মাইতি, মেহেরাজ আলি খান, মীর জানে আলম প্রমুখ চাষি বলেন ব্লক মৎস্য দপ্তরের উদ্যোগে একেবারে ফিল্ডে এসে মাছ- চিংড়ি-কাঁকড়া চাষিদের সাথে কথা বলা ও চাষের ক্ষেত্র গুলি সরিজমিন দেখায় নন্দীগ্রাম এলাকার মাছ চাষিরা উৎসাহিত ও আনন্দিত। মৎস্য আধিকারিক সুমন কুমার সাহু জানান, বিক্ষিপ্ত ছড়িয়ে ছিটিয়ে থাকা মাছচাষিদের একত্রিত করে চাষের প্রযুক্তিগত সহায়তা ও সরকারি প্রকল্প রূপায়নের মাধ্যমে টেকসই চাষআবাদ এবং সরকারি নজরদারির মাধ্যমে সুষ্ঠু জলজ চাষের মাধ্যমে এলাকার আর্থ সামাজিক উন্নয়নই লক্ষ্য।  নন্দীগ্রাম পঞ্চায়েত সমিতির কর্মাধ্যক্ষ মৌসুমি পানি বলেন ইতিমধ্যে কেরালার জনপ্রিয় ক্যারিমীন মাছের পরীক্ষামূলক চাষ মাছ চাষিরা শুরু হয়েছে, মাছ চাষিদের নিয়ে মৎস্য উৎপাদক গোষ্টি গঠিত হচ্ছে, আগামীতে ব্লক মৎস্য বিভাগের তত্বাবধানে আরো নতুন নতুন উদ্যোগ গ্রহন করা হবে।  মাছচাষিদের  প্রশাসন পাশে থাকার বার্তা দেন নন্দীগ্রাম ব্লকের সমষ্টি উন্নয়ন আধিকারিক সুমিতা সেনগুপ্ত।

50 fish-shrimp-crab farmers of the area were present in the exchange of views. Fish farmers Sheikh Nazmul Hossain, Anup Kumar Mandal, Sanjay Maiti, Meheraj Ali Khan, Mir Jane Alam and others said that the fish farmers of Nandigram area are excited and happy to come to the field at the initiative of the Block Fisheries Department and talk to the fish-shrimp-crab farmers and show the fields of cultivation. Fisheries Officer Suman Kumar Sahu said, “The aim is to develop the socio-economic development of the area through the technical support of farming by bringing together the scattered fish farmers and sustainable farming through the implementation of government projects and proper aquaculture through government supervision.”  Moushumi Pani, executive president of Nandigram Panchayat Samiti, said that fish farmers have already started the experimental cultivation of popular carimine fish in Kerala, fish producers are being formed with fish farmers, more new initiatives will be taken under the supervision of the block fisheries department in the future.  Sumita Sengupta, community development officer of Nandigram block, gave a message to the fish farmers to stand by the administration.
