মহা সমারোহে ইস্কন মায়াপুরে পালিত হলো গিরীগোবরধন মহোৎসব।

গোপাল বিশ্বাস -ঃ-নদীয়া-ঃ শারদীয় উৎসব শেষ তথা বিজয়ার পরদিন থেকে শুটু হয় নিয়ম সেবা মাস, তথা দামোদর মাস, অনেকে নিয়ম সেবা মাসও বলে থাকে। এই মাসে অনুষ্ঠিত হয় কালি পুজো, দীপাবলি সহ আরও বিভিন্ন ধর্মীয় আচার অনুষ্ঠান। তেমনি দীপাবলির পরদিন অনুষ্ঠিত হয় গিরীগোবর্ধন মহোৎসব। ইস্কনের জনসংযোগ আধিকারিক রসিক গৌরাঙ্গ দাস জানায় এদিন মহাসমারোহে ইস্কন প্রধান কার্যালয় শ্রী মায়াপুর ধামে ভোর বেলা মঙ্গল আরতি দিয়ে শুরু হয় এই অনুষ্ঠানের। দিনভর বিভিন্ন ধর্মীয় আচার অনুষ্ঠানের মধ্য দিয়ে পালিত হলো এই দিনটি।  পাশাপাশি দশ হাজার ভক্তদের বিনামূল্যে মহা প্রসাদ বিতরণের আয়োজনও করা হয়। করোনা কাটিয়ে দুবছর পর এবছরের প্রতিটি উৎসব অনুষ্ঠানে যেভাবে ভক্ত সমাগমে জমজমাট হয়ে উঠছে ইস্কন মায়াপুর মন্দির, তা যথেষ্ট চোখে পড়ার মতো। এই অনুষ্ঠান উপলক্ষেও দেখা গেল তেমনি ছবি, শুধু এ রাজ্য, দেশ নয় পৃথিবীর বিভিন্ন প্রান্ত থেকেও অসংখ্য ভক্ত সমাগমে মুখরিত হয়ে উঠছে ইস্কন মন্দির।

Gopal Biswas–Nadia-: From the end of the Sharadiya festival and the day after the victory, the month of Niyya Seva, i.e., The Month of Damodar, is also called The Month of Niyam Seva. Kali Puja, Deepavali and many other religious rituals are held in this month. Similarly, the Girigovardhana Festival is held the day after Diwali. Iskcon’s Public Relations Officer Rasik Gauranga Das said that the event started with mangal aarti in the morning at Iskcon head office Sri Mayapur Dham. This day was celebrated through various religious rituals throughout the day.  Besides, free maha prasad was also distributed to 10,000 devotees. After two years of corona, the way the ISKCON Mayapur temple is becoming crowded with devotees in every festival of this year, it is quite noticeable. On the occasion of this event, it was also seen that the ISKCON temple is being decorated with numerous devotees not only from this state, the country, but also from different parts of the world.
