সমাজে নারিদের সম্মান রোক্ষার্থে গনভাইফোঁটা ও প্রকৃতি সবুজায়নের লক্ষে চারাগাছ বিতরণের আয়োজন করলো পঁচেট জুয়েল স্টার ক্লাব।

ভাইফোঁটা হিন্দুদের একটি চিরন্তন সম্প্রীতির উৎসব। এই উৎসবের নাম ‘ভ্রাতৃদ্বিতীয়া’।

ভাই-বোনের ভালবাসার বন্ধন অনন্তকাল অটুট রাখার জন্য বংশপরম্পরায় এই বিশেষ উৎসব পালিত হয়। ভাই-বোনের নিঃস্বার্থ ও স্বর্গীয় ভালবাসার প্রতীক এই ভাইফোঁটা আমাদের মনে শান্তি, সৌভাতৃত্ববোধ এবং ঐক্যের এক চমকপ্রদ আবেশ সৃষ্টি করে। তাই  সমাজের মহিলাদের সম্মান রক্ষার্থে ও বোনেদের ভালোবাসার বন্ধনকে আটুট রাখতে মঙ্গলবার পূর্ব মেদিনীপুর জেলার পটাশপুর থানার পঁচেট জুয়েল স্টার ক্লাবের উদ্যোগে, ভাই ফোঁটা উৎসব। এদিন ক্লাবের সদস্যরা ভ্রাতৃদ্বিতিয়া উপলক্ষেফোঁটা পড়িয়ে দিলেন পথচারীদের। এছাড়াও ভাই ফোঁটা পড়ানোর সাথে সাথে  প্রকৃতির সবুজ আয়নের লক্ষে এদিন ডাব গাছের চারা তুলে দেওয়া হয় ও লাড্ডুও খাওয়ানো হয়। এই গন ভাই ফোঁটা আয়োজন করার কারন।যে ভাবে সমাজে নারীদের শীলতাহানি নির্জাতন এবং ধরষিতা হচ্ছে রুখতে সমাজের সমস্ত স্তরের মানুষকে ভাতৃত্বের বন্ধনে বাঁধতে এই আযোজন এক হাজার মানুকে আমরা ভাই ফোঁটা দিয়েছি এই ক্লাবের মহিলা সদস্যারা,এবং আমরা 500 জন মহিলার কাজ থেকে ফোঁটা নিয়েছি। এদিন ভাইফোঁটার সাথে সাথে প্রকৃতি রোক্ষার বাত্রা নিয়ে প্রকৃতি সবুজ আয়নের লক্ষে  প্রায় 1000 মানুষের হাতে ডাব গাছের চারা তুলে দেওয়া হয়। আগামী দিনের চিন্তা ভাবনা রয়েছে এই ভাই ফোঁটাকে কেন্দ্র,সমস্ত পথ চলতী মানুকে হেলমেট এবং চারা গাছ তুলে দেওয়ার ব্যাবস্থ নেওয়া হবে,এমনটাই বলেন এই ক্লাবের সম্পাদক সৈকত মাইতি। সদস‍্যা বানি দাস, সংগীতা দস,এছাড়া এই কর্মসূচিতে উপস্থিত ছিলেন ক্লাব সভাপতি প্রদীপ মাইতি, সাংস্কৃতি সম্পাদক শোভান দাস, চন্দন রাউৎ,বিশ্বজিত পাত্র,নন্দন রাউৎ,সুদীপ রাউৎ,রাজু দাস,রাম

Bhaiphonta is a festival of eternal harmony of Hindus. The name of this festival is ‘Brother’s Day’.

This special festival is celebrated throughout the lineage to keep the bond of love of brothers and sisters intact for eternity. A symbol of the selfless and heavenly love of our brothers and sisters, this bhaiphota creates a wonderful passion of peace, brotherhood and unity in our minds. Therefore, in order to protect the honor of the women of the society and to keep the bond of love of the sisters intact, on Tuesday, the Panchet Jewel Star Club of Patashpur police station of Purba Medinipur district organized the Bhai Drop Festival. On this day, the members of the club gave drops to the pedestrians on the occasion of Brotherhood. Apart from this, along with the brother’s drops, the saplings of the dabba tree are removed and laddoos are also fed on this day for the green ion of nature. This is the reason for organizing the go brother drops. The women members of this club have given bhai drops to 1,000 people in this initiative to bind people from all walks of life into the bond of brotherhood to prevent the oppression and oppression of women in the society, and we have taken drops from the work of 500 women. On this day, along with bhaiphota, the saplings of dabba tree were handed over to about 1000 people for the purpose of nature green ion. The idea for the coming days is to focus on this bhai drop, arrangements will be made to hand over helmets and saplings to Manu, who is walking all the way, said Saikat Maiti, secretary of the club.
