২৩শে অক্টোবর :- “জাতীয় লেখক কবি উন্নয়ন সাংস্কৃতি ফাউন্ডেশন” ভারত ও বাংলাদেশের যৌথ উদ্যোগে সাহিত্য ও প্রতিবন্ধী ফাউন্ডেশনের প্রতিষ্ঠাতা ও সভাপতি শেখ তিতুমীর আকাশ , সাধারণ সম্পাদিকা – বিশিষ্ট কবি ও লেখিকা বিউটি দাশ। ২৩শে অক্টোবর (রবিবার) “বিপ্লবী নলিনী সভা হলে “জাতীয় লেখক কবি উন্নয়ন সাংস্কৃতিক ফাউন্ডেশনের” বর্ণাঢ্য অনুষ্ঠানের মাধ্যমে “সভ্যতার স্তরে স্তরে” বইটি মোড়ক উন্মোচন করা হয়। সম্পাদনায়- বিউটি দাশ। এই অনুষ্ঠানের মোড়ক উন্মোচন হয়,গিনিস বুকের বিশিষ্ট কবি পৃথ্বীরাজ সেন, বিশেষ অতিথি মোহাম্মদ রফিকুল ইসলাম, শান্তনু ব্যানার্জী (প্রশাসন বিভাগ), আন্তর্জাতিক সংবাদিক কবি সুমনা কর, আবৃত্তি শিল্পী সুমনা মিত্র, কমিটির সম্মানীয় গুনী ব্যক্তি সুব্রত ভট্টাচার্য্য (ঋকতান), মৃণাল কান্তি পন্ডিত, পিনাকী গাঙ্গুলী, বিধানন্দ পুরোহিত, মধুমিতা মধু, মুকুল চক্রবর্তী, কমিটির সদস্য বেবী পাত্র, অজয় সরকার (মার্চেন ব্যবসায়ী হাওড়া), তাপস কুমার বর, আশীষ মন্ডল, স্নেহা দাশ, মদন মন্ডল (সঞ্চালক), মধুমিতা দুত।
এই অনুষ্ঠানটি স্নেহা দাশের মধুর কন্ঠে উদ্বোধনী দুই দেশের জাতীয় সংঙ্গীত পরিবেশিত হয়। বিশিষ্ট কবিদের উপস্থিতিতে অনুষ্ঠানটি মনোমুগ্ধকর হয়ে উঠেছে যা সাহিত্য জগতের এক আলোড়নের সৃষ্টি করেছে। এবং অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত ছিলেন সুজবার্তা সংবাদ- রহমতুল্লাহ, টিভি সঞ্চালক – বাপ্পা বেরা ইনাদের উপস্থিতে সকলের মনে আনন্দের জোয়ার আসে। প্রত্যেক কবি লেখক-লেখিকাদের বই, সার্টিফিকেট ও মেমন্টো দিয়ে সম্মান জানানো হয় এবং দুপুরে কবিদের জন্য আহারের ব্যবস্থা ছিল। অনুষ্ঠানের পরিসমাপ্তি ভাষণ “জাতীয় লেখক কবি উন্নয়ন সাংস্কৃতিক ফাউন্ডেশনে”র সাধারণ সম্পাদিকা বিশিষ্ট কবি ও লেখিকা বিউটি দাশ কবিদের উদ্দেশ্য সুন্দর একটা বার্তা রেখে যান। এই অনুষ্ঠানের প্রতিষ্ঠাতা ও সভাপতি শেখ তিতুমীর আকাশ বিশেষ কাজের জন্য উপস্থিত হতে পারেনি কিছু তিনি ভয়েস বার্তা দিয়ে জানিয়েছেন পরবর্তীকালে “জাতীয় লেখক কবি উন্নয়ন সাংস্কৃতিক ফাউন্ডেশন” সকল কবি লেকখদের কাজে এক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালক করবে।

Each of the poets, writers and writers were honoured with books, certificates and memantos, and there was a meal for the poets at noon.
