৩০৫ তম বর্ষে পদার্পন করলো নবদ্বীপের শ্রীশ্রী বড় শ্যামামাতা পূজা

গোপাল বিশ্বাস,নদীয়া-ঃ চলতি রাসযাত্রা উপলক্ষ্যে চৈতন্য ভূমি নবদ্বীপ ধামে গৌড়ীয় বৈষ্ণব সমাজের ভক্তবৃন্দ। যেমন শ্রী শ্রী শ্রীকৃষ্ণের রাসলীলার উৎসব পালন করে থাকে, পাশাপাশি শৈব ধর্মালম্বী মানুষেরাও  শিবশক্তি ও মাকালির পূজাও করেন। নবদ্বীপ রাস উৎসবে পুজিত দেব- দেবীর মধ্যে অন্য তম প্রাচীন পিজো  তেঘরী পাড়ায় প্রতিষ্ঠিত বহু দিনের পুরনো পূজা শ্রী শ্রী বড় শ্যামা মাতা পূজা। এবছর যা ৩০৫ তম বর্ষে পদার্পন করলো। এই শ্যামা মাতা পূজা প্রথমে পারিবারিকভাবে পূজিত হলেও পরবর্তীকালে ওই পরিবারের পক্ষ থেকে একটি ট্রাস্ট গঠন করে তাদের হাতে তুলে দেওয়া হয় এই পুজার দায়িত্ব এবং ওই পরিবারের সদস্যের রাখা হয় ট্রাস্টি বোর্ডে। বর্তমানে এই বড় শ্যামা মাতা পূজা পরিচালিত হয় সেই বোর্ডের মাধ্যমে। অতীতে এই পূজায়  যেমন রীতি নীতি ছিল মায়ের পূজায় বলি হত কিন্তু, বেশ কয়েক বছর হল বলি প্রথা বন্ধ করা হয়েছে। এছাড়া বাকি সব কিছু আগের নিয়ম মেনেই পূজিত হন এই বড় শামামাতা । এক কথায় বর শ্যামা মাতা নবদ্বীপ বাসীর আবেগ, শুধু নবদ্বীপ বাসী নয় এই বড় শ্যামা মাতার দর্শন ও পুজো দিতে বহু দুর দুরান্ত থেকে সাধারণ মানুষ ছুটে আসেন। জানা যায় বিগত দু বছর অতিমারি করোনার জন্য মায়ের পূজা অনুষ্ঠিত হলেও সাধারন মানুষের অংশ গ্রহণ করতে পারেননি।  কিন্তু এবছর পরিস্থিতি স্বাভাবিকতার কারণে সমস্ত মানুষের জন্য মন্দিরের দ্বার খোলা থাকছে। সেই কারনে উদ্যোক্তারা মনে করছেন এবছর প্রচুর মানুষের সমাগম ঘটবে শ্রীশ্রী বড় শ্যামা মাতা পূজা প্রাঙ্গনে। এবিষয়ে পূজা কমিটির পক্ষ থেকে জানানো হয় প্রতি বছর যেমন পূজা মন্ডপে পুলিশ প্রশাসনের সঙ্গে নিজেদের স্বেচ্ছাসেবকদের সঙ্গে  নিয়ে সুষ্ঠ ভাবে পূজা পরিচালনা করা হয় এবছর ঠিক সেভাবেই সব কিছু করা হবে।

Gopal Biswas, Nadia: On the occasion of the ongoing Rasajatra, devotees of the Gaudiya Vaishnava samaj celebrate the festival of Raslila of  Sri Sri Krishna at The Chaitanya Bhoomi Nabadwip Dham, as well as the people of The Shaivite religion also worship Shivashakti and Makali. Sri Sri Bada Shyama Mata Puja is the long-standing puja established in the Pijo Teghari para, one of the oldest of the gods and goddesses worshipped in the Navadwip Ras festival. This year it entered its 305th year. Shyama Mata Puja was initially worshipped by the family, but later a trust was formed on behalf of the family and handed over the responsibility of this puja to them and the members of the family were kept on the board of trustees. At present, this big Shyama Mata Puja is conducted through that board. In the past, as was the custom in this puja, the sacrifice was done in the worship of the mother, but for several years, the tradition of sacrifice has been stopped. Apart from this, everything else is worshiped according to the previous rules. In a word, the emotions of the people of Nabadwip, not only the people of Nabadwip, but also the common people from far and wide come to see and worship this big Shyama Mata. It is known that in the last two years, the worship of the mother was held due to the epidemic corona, but the common people could not take part.  But this year, due to the normalcy of the situation, the doors of the temple are open for all the people. That’s why the organizers think that this year a lot of people will gather at the Sri Sri Bara Shyama Mata Puja premises. In this regard, the Puja Committee said that the puja will be conducted in a proper way with the police administration and its volunteers in the puja mandap every year.
