মালদা: গরু বাঁধাকে কেন্দ্র করে গন্ডগোল অকথ্য ভাষায় গালিগালাজ। প্রতিবাদ করায় আক্রান্ত এক মহিলা। কাঁচের বোতল দিয়ে মাথায় আঘাত করার অভিযোগ। ঘটনায় চারজনের নামে হবিবপুর থানায় একটি লিখিত অভিযোগ দায়ের করা হয়েছে। ঘটনাটি ঘটেছে হবিপুর থানার কেন্দপুকুর এলাকায়। জানা গেছে আক্রান্ত ওই মহিলার নাম মধু-মালা গায়েন। তার অভিযোগ রবিবার সন্ধ্যায় বাড়ির পাশে গরু বাঁধাকে কেন্দ্র করে গন্ডগোল বাদে প্রতিবেশী ধীরেন কর্মকারের সাথে। এই নিয়ে অকথ্য ভাষায় গালিগালাজ করা হয় তাদের। প্রতিবাদ করায় তার মাকে থাপ্পড় মারা হয়। এরপরই ধীরেন কর্মকারসহ তার পরিবারের চারজন মধুমালা গায়েনকে মারধর করে বলে অভিযোগ। মদের বোতল দিয়ে মাথায় আঘাত করা হয়। সোমবার সকালে হবিবপুর থানা একটি লিখিত অভিযোগ দায়ের করা হয়। এদিকে বর্তমানে ওই মহিলা মালদা মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতালে চিকিৎসাধীন রয়েছে।

He was hit on the head with a liquor bottle. A written complaint was lodged with Habibpur police station on Monday morning. The woman is currently undergoing treatment at Malda Medical College Hospital.
