বিএসএফ ক্যাম্পে হচ্ছেটা কি?

সকাল থেকেই বিএসএফের ব্যস্ততা ছিল চোখে পড়ার মতো। ক্যাম্পের সামনে বিভিন্ন রঙের পতাকা দিয়ে সাজানো হচ্ছিলো। সাধারণ চাষী এবং পথ চলতি মানুষ মুখ চাওয়া চাওই করে জানতে চাইছিলো, বিএসএফ ক্যাম্পে হচ্ছেটা কি। সকাল সাড়ে ১০ টা এগারোটা নাগাদ সব বোঝা গেলো। বিএসএফের গাড়িতে চেপে কাছারিপাড়া প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয় এবং চেচানিয়া কৃষি শিল্প বিদ্যালয়(উ মা )-র ছাত্র ছাত্রীরা ক্যাম্পের ভিতরে চলে গেলো। সেখানেও এলাহী আয়োজন। বিশাল তাঁবু টাঙানো হয়েছে। সাজানোও হয়েছে সুন্দর করে। ছাত্র ছাত্রীদের দুটো দলে ভাগ করে একদলকে হলঘরে এবং আর একদলকে তাঁবুর নিচে নিয়ে যাওয়া হয়। হলঘরে ভিডিওর মাধ্যমে এবং তাঁবুর নিচে সরাসরি বিএসএফের হাতিয়ার প্রদর্শনীর ব্যবস্থা করা হয় । এই ভাবে পালা করে দুটো দলকেই অস্ত্র প্রদর্শন করানোর ব্যবস্থা করেছিল ১৪১ নং ব্যাটেলিয়ণ বিএসএফের সি কোম্পানি। শনিবার সকাল ১১ টা থেকে বেলা ১ টা পর্যন্ত নিউ উদয় বিওপিতে এই প্রদর্শনীর আয়োজন করা হয়েছিল। পুরো আয়োজন সম্পূর্ণ হয় নিউ উদয় বিওপির কোম্পানি কমান্ডার হাওরংবাম চিংথাম খোম্বার নেতৃত্বে। প্রদর্শনীর শেষে পিকনিকের মেজাজে পড়ুয়াদের টিফিনের ব্যবস্থা করা হয়। বিএসএফ সূত্রে জানা গিয়েছে, তাঁদের ওপর তলার নির্দেশেই বিভিন্ন বিএসএফ ক্যাম্পে এই অস্ত্র প্রদর্শনীর আয়োজন করা হয়েছে। বিএসএফ আধিকারিকরা প্রতিটি অস্ত্রের সামনে দাঁড়িয়ে ছাত্রছাত্রীদের কোন হাতিয়ারের কত ক্ষমতা, কিভাবে চালাতে হয়, কোনটাতে কত রাউন্ড গুলি ধরে সেগুলি কোথায় তৈরী ইত্যাদি বিষয় বিস্তারিত বলেন।  জীবনে প্রথমবার এতো কাছে থেকে বিএসএফের হাতিয়ার দেখে ছাত্র ছাত্রীরা খুব খুশী। উঁচু ক্লাসের ছাত্র ছাত্রীরা অনেকেই বড় হাতিয়ারের সঙ্গে নিজস্বী তোলার সুযোগ হাতছাড়া করেনি।

Since morning, the BSF’s busyness was noticeable. The front of the camp was decorated with flags of different colors. The common farmers and the people on the road wanted to know what was happening in the BSF camp. By 10:30 in the morning, everything was understood. Students of Kacharipara Primary School and Chechania Agricultural Industries School (UMA) went inside the camp in a BSF vehicle. There is also an elahi event. A huge tent has been erected. It was also beautifully arranged. The students were divided into two groups and one group was taken to the hall and the other group under the tent. Arrangements were made to display bsf equipment through video in the hall and directly under the tent. In this way, in turn, the C Company of BSF, 141 Battalion BSF, arranged for both the teams to show weapons. The exhibition was organised at New Uday BOP from 11am to 1pm on Saturday. The entire event was completed under the leadership of New Uday BOP’s Company Commander Haorongbam Chingtham Khomba. At the end of the exhibition, tiffins were arranged for the students in a picnic mood. BSF officials stood in front of each weapon and gave details to the students about how much power of any weapon, how to operate it, how many rounds of bullets were fired in which, where they were made, etc.  For the first time in their lives, the students are very happy to see the BSF’s weapons from such a close range. Many of the students of the higher classes did not miss the opportunity to take selfies with the big tool.
