অনুষ্ঠিত হলো গঙ্গাসাগর মেলা নিয়ে সাংবাদিক সন্মেলন

ইন্দ্রজিৎ আইচঃ কথায় বলে সব তীর্থ বারবার, গঙ্গা সাগর একবার। সামনেই গঙ্গা সাগর মেলা। সেই উপলক্ষে দক্ষিণ ২৪ পরগনা জেলা পরিষদ ভবনে একটি সাংবাদিক বৈঠকের আয়োজন করা হয়েছিল সম্প্রতি, উপস্থিত ছিলেন দক্ষিণ চব্বিশ পরগনা জেলাশাসক সুমিত গুপ্তা, এডিএম মোঃ সামিউল ইসলাম, দক্ষিণ ২৪ পরগনা জেলা পরিষদের সভাধিপতি শামীমা শেখ সহ অন্যান্য আধিকারিকেরা। দক্ষিণ ২৪ পরগনা জেলাশাসক সুমিত গুপ্তা সাংবাদিক সন্মেলনে জানালেন প্রতি বৎসর যেমনই গঙ্গাসাগর মেলা নিয়ে প্রশাসন তৎপর থাকেন ঠিক এ বছরও তারা ততটাই তৎপর। চারটি ওয়াটার অ্যাম্বুলেন্স থাকবে কচুবেড়িয়ায়।দুটো থাকবে লট এইটে, এছাড়াও এয়ার অ্যাম্বুলেন্স থাকবে একটি। জরুরী পরিষেবার জন্য দক্ষিণ ২৪ পরগনা ডায়মন্ড হারবার সুপার স্পেশালিটি হসপিটাল, কাকদ্বীপ সুপার স্পেশালিটি হসপিটাল ও এসএসকেএম সহ এম.আর বাঙ্গুরের ব্যবস্থা থাকবে। কালীঘাট তারাপীঠ ছাড়াও অন্যান্য যে সকল তীর্থস্থান আছে সেই সকল পূর্ণ তীর্থস্থানের অস্থায়ী মন্দির হিসাবে তুলে ধরবে গঙ্গাসাগরের বুকে। কারণ দূর দুরান্ত থেকে যে সকল পূর্ণর্থীরা গঙ্গাসাগরে স্নান করতে আসেন এই সকল জায়গাগুলি ঘুরে দেখতে পারেন না, সেই কারণেই মূলত এই অস্থায়ী মন্দিরগুলি গড়ে তুলবে জেলা প্রশাসন। কোভিড বিধি নিয়ে জেলা প্রশাসক বললেন, যেমন ভাবে নির্দেশ আসবে তেমনি ভাবে কাজ শুরু হবে‌। মোট ৫০০টি বেসরকারি বাসের ব্যাবস্থা থাকবে পাশাপাশি হাওড়া থেকে কাকদ্বীপ পর্যন্ত পর্যাপ্ত ট্রেন পরিষেবা থাকবে এছাড়াও কচুবেড়িয়াতে ২২০টি বেসরকারি বাসের ব্যাবস্থা থাকবে।এছাড়া থাকবে ১০০ টি অ্যাম্বুলেন্স, একটি ওয়াটার অ্যাম্বুলেন্স, ৬ টি মেডিক্যাল হেলিকপ্টার। এবার ১৪২ টি এন জি ও গঙ্গা সাগরে কাজ করবে। কলকাতা থেকে গঙ্গাসাগর এর দূরত্ব ১১৬ কিমি।
শামীমা শেখ জানালেন আমরা এবার আসা করছি গঙ্গা সাগরে ১০ থেকে ১১ লক্ষ্য পূর্নার্থি আসবে। এবার মকর সংক্রান্তি র সঠিক দিন ও সময় হলো ১৪ ই জানুয়ারি সন্ধা ৬’৩০ থেকে ১৫ ই জানুয়ারি সন্ধা ৬’৩০ পর্যন্ত। আমাদের রাজ্য সরকার সব রকম সুবন্দোবস্ত করেছেন আসন্ন গঙ্গা সাগর মেলার জন্যে।

Apart from The Kalighat Tarapith, all the other shrines that are there will be temporary temples of the full shrines on the banks of the Gangasagar. Because those who come from far and wide to bathe in the Gangasagar cannot visit these places, that is why the district administration will mainly build these temporary temples. Regarding the Covid rules, the Deputy Commissioner said that the work will start as the order comes. A total of 500 private buses will be arranged as well as adequate train services from Howrah to Kakdwip and 220 private buses will be arranged in Kachuberia. There will also be 100 ambulances, one water ambulance and six medical helicopters. This time 142 NGOs will work in the Ganga Sagar. The distance from Kolkata to Gangasagar is 116 km. Shamima Sheikh said, “We are coming here this time that 10 to 11 lakh full-fledged people will come to the Ganges sea. This time the correct day and time of Makar Sankranti is from 6:30 pm on January 14 to 6:30 pm on January 15. Our state government has made all arrangements for the upcoming Ganga Sagar Mela.
