ইন্দ্রজিৎ আইচঃ গোবরডাঙ্গা রূপান্তর ৫০ বছরে পদার্পণ করলো। প্রতিবছরের মতন সম্প্রতি তাদের গোবরডাঙ্গা টাউন হলে অনুষ্ঠিত হলো চারদিনের নাট্য উৎসব। এই উৎসব উদ্বোধন করেন গোবর ডাঙ্গা পৌরসভার পৌরপিতা শঙ্কর দত্ত।ছিলেন গোবরডাঙ্গা থানার ওসি অসীম পাল ও সমাজসেবী বাসুদেব কুন্ডু। এই বছর মুকুল বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় স্মৃতি সন্মান প্রদান করা হয় নাট্য পরিচালক শ্যামল চক্রবর্ত্তীকে। এই সন্মান তুলে দেন মৃন্ময় বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়। উৎসবের প্রথমদিন মঞ্চস্থ হয় সুখেন্দু বেরা নির্দেশিত মহিসাদল সমকালের নাটক পড়শী বশত করে। হরপ্রসাদ চক্রবর্তী নির্দেশিত সৃষ্টি সালকিয়ার নাটক দন্ড পানির দন্ড এবং সব শেষে মঞ্চস্থ হয় রূপান্তর নাট্য দলের নাটক প্রতাপ সেন পরিচালিত নাটক সোনালী ভোরের স্বপ্ন।
দ্বিতীয়দিন মঞ্চস্থ হয় অতনু পাল নির্দেশিত গোবরডাঙ্গা রূপান্তরের নাটক কণিষ্ক। এরপর মঞ্চস্থ হয় অশোকনগর অভিযাত্রীর নাটক শুভ ভগবান। নির্দেশনা দেবাশিস দত্ত। তৃতীয়দিন মঞ্চস্থ হয় কাকদ্বীপ নোনা থিয়েটারের নাটক দংশন। পরিচালনা দেবাশিস মান্না। এর পর মঞ্চস্থ হয় গোবরডাঙ্গা রূপান্তরের নাটক আমি আগন্তুক। নির্দেশনা শ্যামল দত্ত।
সব শেষে মঞ্চস্থ হয় কাবেরী মুখোপাধ্যায় নির্দেশিত ফিনিক কাছড়াপাড়ার নাটক বন্ধনহীন গ্রন্থি। উৎসবের শেষদিন মঞ্চস্থ হয় শ্যামল চক্রবর্ত্তী নির্দেশিত রঙ্গলোক এর নাটক শেকল ছেড়া হাতের খোঁজে। সবমিলিয়ে মহা সারম্বরে উদযাপিত হলো গোবরডাঙ্গা রূপান্তরের নাট্য উৎসব।
Indrajit Aich: The transformation of Gobardanga has entered 50 years. Like every year, a four-day theatre festival was held recently at their Gobardanga Town Hall. The festival was inaugurated by Shankar Dutta, municipal father of Gobar Danga municipality. Gobardanga Police Station OFFICER-in-Charge Asim Pal and social worker Basudev Kundu were present. This year, the Mukul Bandopadhyay Memorial Award was given to theatre director Shyamal Chakraborty. Mrinmoy Bandopadhyay handed over the award. On the first day of the festival, the mahisadal directed by Sukhendu Bera was staged in the play ‘Porshi Bhati’. Srishti Salkia’s play Danda Panir Danda directed by Harprasad Chakraborty and finally the play Sonali Bhorer Sapna, directed by Pratap Sen, was staged by Rupantar Natya Dal. On the second day, the play ‘Kanishk’, directed by Atanu Pal, was staged. Ashoknagar Abhiyatri’s play Shuvo Bhagwan was then staged. Directed by Debashis Dutta. On the third day, the play Dongshan of Kakdwip Nona Theatre was staged. Directed by Debashis Manna. After this, the play ‘I Am Agantuk’ was staged in Gobardanga. Directed by Shyamal Dutta.
In the end, the play Bandhanhin Granthi of Finnik Kachrapara, directed by Kaberi Mukherjee, was staged. On the last day of the festival, Rangalok’s play Shekal Chhera, directed by Shyamal Chakraborty, was staged in search of the hand. All in all, the drama festival of Gobardanga Transformation was celebrated with great sarambar.
