করিমপুরঃ নদীয়া জেলার হোগোল বেরিয়া থানার অন্তর্গত তারাপুর গ্রামে একটি ভয়াবহ দুর্ঘটনা ঘটে গেল সন্ধ্যা ছয়টা নাগাদ। চলন্ত অবস্থায় একটি ট্রাক্টরের চাকা ফেটে যাওয়াই নিয়ন্ত্রণ হারিয়ে ফেলে চালক এবং উল্টো দিক থেকে আসা একটি মোটর বাইকের সাথে মুখোমুখি সংঘর্ষ হয়। গুরুতর আহত অবস্থায় লুটিয়ে পড়ে মোটরসাইকেল আরোহী। এরপর হগোল বাড়িয়া থানার পুলিশের সহযোগিতায় ওই ব্যক্তিকে করিমপুর রুরাল হাসপাতালে আনা হয়। এরপর ওই ব্যক্তিকে মৃত বলে ঘোষণা করেন কর্তব্যরত চিকিৎসক। ওই ব্যক্তির নাম আনারুল শেখ পিতা আবুল শেখ বয়স আনুমানিক ৪০ বছর। ওই ব্যক্তির বাড়ি ডোমকল থানার নিশ্চিন্তপুর গ্রামে। করিমপুর থানার পুলিশ মৃতদেহটিকে ময়নতন্ত্রের জন্য কৃষ্ণনগর শক্তিনগরে পাঠিয়েছে।
Karimpur: A major accident took place at Tarapur village under Hogol Beria police station area of Nadia district around 6 pm. When the wheel of a tractor burst while moving, the driver lost control and collided head-on with a motorbike coming from the opposite direction. The motorcycle rider fell down with serious injuries. The man was then brought to Karimpur Rural Hospital with the help of Police of Hagol Baria Police Station. The on-duty doctor then declared the man dead. The man’s name is Anarul Sheikh’ father Abul Sheikh, who is around 40 years old. The man’s house is in Nischintapur village under Domkal police station. Karimpur police sent the body to Krishnanagar Shaktinagar for autopsy.
