মালদা: দোষীদের গ্রেফতার এবং পুলিশি নিষ্ক্রিয়তার অভিযোগ তুলে এবারে জেলা পুলিশ সুপারের দ্বারস্থ হলেন এক ব্যবসায়ী দম্পতি। সোমবার লিখিত আকারে বিষয়টি জানানো হয় পুলিশ সুপারকে। উল্লেখ্য সম্প্রতি মালদার ইংলিশ বাজারের নিয়ামতপুর এলাকায় এক ব্যবসায়ীর জায়গা দখল এবং দোকান ভাঙচুরের অভিযোগ উঠেছিল বেশ কয়েকজনের বিরুদ্ধে। ঘটনায় মারধর করা হয় ওই ব্যবসায়ী নুর আলম কে। এই ঘটনার পর মিলকি পুলিশ ফাঁড়িতে লিখিত অভিযোগ দায়ের করা হয়। কিন্তু তারপরও পুলিশ কোন ব্যবস্থা নেইনি বলে অভিযোগ। বরংচ অভিযুক্তরা ওই ব্যবসায়ী নুর আলম সহ তার পরিবারকে প্রাণনাশের হুমকি দিচ্ছে। এই বিষয়ে ওই ব্যবসায়ী নুর আলম জানান, অভিযুক্তরা প্রতিনিয়ত তাদের হুমকি দিচ্ছে। এমতাবস্থায় তারা প্রাণ ভয়ে বাড়িতে থাকতে পারছেন না। এই বিষয়ে মিলকে পুলিশ ফাঁড়ি কোন ব্যবস্থা না নেওয়ায় আজ পুলিশ সুপারের দ্বারস্থ হয়েছেন তিনি এবং তার স্ত্রী সারিকা খাতুন।

He and his wife Sarika Khatun have approached the Superintendent of Police (SP) today as the police outpost did not take any action in this regard.
