নিজস্ব প্রতিনিধিঃ সাফল্যের ১৫ বছর বেঙ্গল ইনস্টিটিউট অব বিজনেস স্টাডিজের* এই সাফল্যকে ধরে রাখার জন্য তাঁরা একটি অনুষ্ঠানের আয়োজন যার পোশাকি নাম ছিল গ্রান্ড এইচআর কনক্লেভ ইন অ্যাসোসিয়েশন এইচ আর লার্নিং নেটওয়ার্ক (এ প্রজেক্ট অফ এ আই আই.ডি.আর)যেখানে ভারত এবং বিশ্বের একশোর বেশি কোম্পানির এইচ আর উপস্থিত ছিলেন। এই অনুষ্ঠানের মূল উদ্দেশ্য ছিল ছাত্র-ছাত্রী এবং কর্মসংস্থানের মধ্যে একটি সেতুবন্ধন করা। এবং ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের এটাও শেখানো যে একজন গ্রাজুয়েট ছাত্র-ছাত্রী থেকে একটা কোম্পানি ঠিক কি কি আশা করে। ২০০৮ সালে বি আই বি এস কলকাতা”প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়। সেই থেকে এখনো মেধাবী ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের শিক্ষাদানের মাধ্যমে কর্পোরেট সংস্থাকে পরিচালনার জন্য সুদক্ষ ভাবে প্রস্তুত করা। এছাড়াও ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের বিভিন্ন কর্পোরেট সংস্থার সাথে যুক্ত করে তাদের হাতে কলমে সেই সংস্থার কাজ সম্পর্কে অবহিত করা। এইচ আর লার্নিং নেটওয়ার্ক হলো বিভিন্ন বহুজাতিক সংস্থা পরিচালনা এবং সু- দক্ষ ভাবে ব্যবস্থাপনা করার জন্য হিউম্যান রিসোর্স ম্যানেজমেন্ট এর একটি শিক্ষা। এই শিক্ষা পদ্ধতিতে বিভিন্ন গবেষক এবং বিভিন্ন বহুজাতিক সংস্থার এইচআর ও অন্তর্ভুক্ত আছেন। এইচ আর লার্নিং নেটওয়ার্ক একটি ফ্ল্যাগশিপ প্রকল্প। যার মাধ্যমে বিভিন্ন এইচ আর এবং গবেষকদের মধ্যে মতের আদান প্রদান করার সুযোগ। ভারতবর্ষের পূর্ব , উত্তর-পূর্ব এবং দক্ষিণের রাজ্যগুলি মিলিয়ে মোট ৪০০ জন সদস্য আছেন এই প্রকল্পের। প্রায় ৮০ জন এইচ আর এই অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত ছিলেন। এনাদের মধ্যে যাঁরা সভা অলংকৃত করেছিলেন তারা হলেন সমর ব্যানার্জি (সি এইচ আর ও,স্টার সিমেন্ট), সুধাংশু রায় (প্রেসিডেন্ট,গ্লোবাল এইচ আর মেডিকা গ্রুপ), সুস্মিতা চৌধুরী (হেড এইচআর পিনাকাল ইনফোটেক), ধ্রুবজ্যোতি মজুমদার (এইচ আর,এল এন্ড টি),দেবলীনা রায় (জিএম এইচআর Vl ) ও সিলভা সরকার (রিজিওনাল এইচআর ম্যানেজার ম্যাক্স রিটেল)। বি আই বিএস এর চেয়ারম্যান মিস্টার বিদুর কাপুর জানান, বিগত ১৫ বছর ধরে সর্বশ্রেষ্ঠ ম্যানেজমেন্ট শিক্ষা দেওয়ার প্রচেষ্টা তাঁরা চালিয়ে যাচ্ছেন এবং তাদের এই প্রতিষ্ঠানের সাথে ভারতবর্ষ সহ বিভিন্ন উল্লেখযোগ্য ম্যানেজমেন্ট প্রতিষ্ঠানের সংযোগ রয়েছে। যেমন আইবিএম,আইআইটি কানপুর,বি এম আই, আয়ারল্যান্ড, সিআইএসআই,লন্ডন এবং এমডিআইএস সিঙ্গাপুর সহ বিভিন্ন উল্লেখযোগ্য প্রতিষ্ঠান। ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের কোর্স শেষে উপযুক্ত সার্টিফিকেট প্রদান করা হয় যাতে তাঁরা ভবিষ্যতে যে কোন সংস্থায় গিয়ে সম্মানের সাথে কাজ করতে পারেন। মিস্টার সায়ক সরকার (প্রতিষ্ঠাতা এবং পরিকল্পনা,এইটার লার্নিং নেটওয়ার্ক এবং আইআইডিআর)এইচ আর লার্নিং নেটওয়ার্ক এবং আইআইডিআর এর সঙ্গে বি আই বি এস যৌথভাবে পথ চলার ফলে ছাত্রছাত্রীরা অনেক উপকৃত হবে এবং বিভিন্ন এইচ আর সংস্থায় এইচ আর হিসেবে কর্মদক্ষতার সাথে তারা কাজ করতে সক্ষম হবে। 
In order to sustain this success of the Bengal Institute of Business Studies for 15 years of its success, they organized an event called The Grand HR Conclave in Association HR Learning Network (A Project of AIDR) where HRs of more than 100 companies in India and around the world were present. The main objective of the event was to build a bridge between students and employment. And also teach students what exactly a company expects from a graduate student. BIBS Calcutta was established in 2008. Since then, it is still to prepare the corporate organization efficiently to run by teaching meritorious students. It is also to connect the students with various corporate organizations and inform them about the work of that organization in their hands. HR Learning Network is a lesson in human resource management to manage and manage various multinational organizations in a well-efficient manner. This education system also includes various researchers and HR of various multinational organizations. HR Learning Network is a flagship project. Through which there is an opportunity to exchange views between different HR and researchers. There are a total of 400 members of this project in the eastern, north-eastern and southern states of India. Around 80 HR’s were present at the event. Samar Banerjee (CHRO, Star Cement), Sudhanshu Roy (President, Global HR Medica Group), Sushmita Chowdhury (Head HR Pinakkal Infotech), Dhrubajyoti Majumdar (HRL&T), Deblina Roy (GM HR VL) and Silva Sarkar (Regional HR Manager Max Retail) were among those who adorned the meeting. Mr. Bidur Kapoor, Chairman, BIBS, said, “For the last 15 years, we have been making efforts to impart the best management education and their institution has links with various notable management institutions including India. Such as IBM, IIT Kanpur, BMI, Ireland, CISI, London and MDIS Singapore are some of the notable institutions. Students are given appropriate certificates at the end of the course so that they can go to any organization in the future and work with respect. Mr. Sayak Sarkar (Founder and Planner, Eter Learning Network and IIDR), HR Learning Network and BIBS jointly with IIDR will greatly benefit the students and will be able to work efficiently as HR in various HR organizations.
