নিজস্ব সংবাদঃ কলকাতা দ্য সিটি অফ জয় নামে প্রসিদ্ধ। আর , এই কলকাতা শহরেই অনুষ্ঠিত হলো “লিটারেসি কার্নিভাল ২০২৩”। স্থান ছিল – যোধপুর পার্ক পূজা প্রাঙ্গণ। তবে লিটারেসি কার্নিভালে শুধুই যে সাহিত্যচর্চা হয়েছে এমনটা নয়, সেখানে ফিল্মের স্ক্রীনিং ও হয়েছে, সাথে পড়াশোনা, আলাপচারিতা, সংগীত পরিবেশন, উঠতি এবং প্রতিষ্টিত সাহিত্যিকদের সাথে মত বিনিময়। যোধপুর পার্ক পূজা প্রাঙ্গণ ভরে উঠে ছিল এই ধরণের গুণী ব্যক্তিদের সমাগমে । ৩-৪ দিনের এই কার্নিভাল অসাধারণ ছিল শহরের বুকে।পাবলিশিংয়ের জগতে উকিয়তো পাবলিশিং এক বিশাল নাম। বিগত কয়েক বছর ধরে দারুন সারা ফেলেছে পাবলিশিং জগতে। অন্যান্য পাবলিশিং হাউসের থেকে প্রায় ২০০ পার্সেন্ট বেশি “ওয়াই ও ওয়াই” । যা অত্যন্ত দ্রুত হারে ঘটেছে । কলকাতা লিটারেসি কার্নিভাল যেটি “কে এল সি” নামে পরিচিত, সেখানে কতগুলি শর্ট ফিল্ম দেখানো হয়। এই ফিল্মগুলো ছিল মূলত থ্রিলারের ওপর। কিছু কিছু প্রেমের গল্প ও ছিল। এর প্রডিউসার ছিলেন সুনস ব্র্যান্ড | এটি মূলত ফিল্ম তৈরি ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহারের জন্য । এই ছবির গল্পগুলি লিখেছিলেন, তুলিকা মজুমদার, পবিত্র অধিকারী, পল হ্যাকার এবং আরো অন্যান্য বিশিষ্ট ব্যক্তিত্বরা। শর্টফিল্মের দৈর্ঘ্য ছিল 15 মিনিট। যেটি এই কার্নিভালে দেখানো হয় ভবিষ্যৎ প্রকল্পের চিন্তা ভাবনা হিসেবে।
Kolkata is known as The City of Joy. The “Literacy Carnival 2023” was held in this city of Kolkata. The venue was – Jodhpur Park Puja Premises. However, the Literacy Carnival not only featured literary practices, but also screened films, along with studies, conversations, musical performances, exchange of views with budding and established litterateurs. Jodhpur Park puja premises were filled with such talented people. This carnival of 3-4 days was extraordinary in the heart of the city. Ukito Publishing is a huge name in the world of publishing. Over the past few years, he has done a great job in the publishing world. About 200 percent more “Y&Y” than other publishing houses. Which happened at a very fast rate. The Kolkata Literacy Carnival, also known as “KLC”, showcases a number of short films. These films were mainly based on thrillers. There were also some love stories. Its producer was Suns Brand. It is mainly for use in the field of filmmaking. The stories of this film were written by Tulika Majumdar, Pavitra Adhikari, Paul Hacker and other prominent personalities. The short film’s length was 15 minutes. Which is shown in this carnival as a thought of future projects.
এর ভবিষ্যৎ প্রকল্প হলো ও টি টি , ওয়েব চ্যানেল এবং ফিল্ম ফেস্টিভ্যাল | এই কার্নিভালে উপস্থিত ছিলেন বিখ্যাত ডিরেক্টর কাইজাদ গুস্তাদ যিনি বম্বে বয়েজ, বুম, জ্যাকপট প্রভৃতি সিনেমার পরিচালনা করেছেন। ডলি বসু, অভিনেত্রী এবং নাট্য ব্যক্তিত্ব | সাথী গুহ, ডিরেক্টর অফ দ্যা ইনস্টিটিউট অফ ল্যাঙ্গুয়েজ স্টাডিস অ্যান্ড রিসার্চ( আইএলএসআর), সমীর গোস্বামী, (এক্স- পি আর প্রফেশনাল অ্যাস চিফ পাবলিক রিলেশন অফিসার অফ ইন্ডিয়ান রেলওয়েস) সহ বিভিন্ন ব্যক্তিত্বরা। এই কার্নিভালে উকিয়তো একটি মৌ চুক্তি স্বাক্ষর করে যেটি ভারতবর্ষের প্রথম রিসেলার হিসেবে। কার্নিভালের প্রধান আকর্ষণ ছিল তরুণ তরুণীদের মঞ্চে বিভিন্ন ধরনের সাংস্কৃতিক উপস্থাপনা যেমন – গান, আবৃত্তি, আলাপ-আলোচনা ইত্যাদি। 
Its future projects are OTT, web channels and film festivals. Present at the carnival was renowned director Kaizad Gustad who has directed films like Bombay Boys, Boom, Jackpot etc. Dolly Basu, actress and theatre personality | Various personalities including Sathi Guha, Director of the Institute of Language Studies and Research (ILSR), Sameer Goswami, (X-PR Professional As Chief Public Relations Officer of Indian Railways). At this carnival, Ukiyo signed a mou agreement which became the first reseller of India. The main attraction of the carnival was the various types of cultural presentations on the stage of young women such as songs, recitations, talks, etc.
এবার আসা যাক উকিয়তো পাবলিশিং সম্পর্কে। এটি একটি ঐতিহ্যমন্ডিত পাবলিশিং কোম্পানি। যা দুহাজার এর বেশি ডোমেস্টিক এবং ইন্টারন্যাশনাল লেখক লেখিকাদের নিয়ে গঠিত। এবং যাদের প্রায় 4500 বই প্রকাশিত হয়েছে 2019 সাল থেকে। প্রত্যেকটা লেখক লেখিকার বই প্রকাশিত হওয়ার পর তাদের বইগুলি যাতে বিশ্বের সব জায়গায় পৌঁছে যায় সেই নিশ্চিত বার্তা তাঁরা দিয়ে থাকেন। সত্তরের বেশি দেশে তাঁদের কর্মকাণ্ড ছড়িয়ে আছে। তাঁরা ২ লক্ষের বেশি বই বিক্রয় করে ফেলেছে। লজিস্টিক চ্যানেলের মাধ্যমে বিশ্বের সমস্ত জায়গায় তাদের বইয়ের শাখা প্রসারিত হয়েছে।
বর্তমান কর্মচারীবৃন্দরা মূলত ভারত, ফিলিপিনস, রাশিয়া, নাইজেরিয়া, নাইজেরিয়াতে তাঁদের কর্মকাণ্ড চালিয়ে যাচ্ছে। যেমন – বই বিতরণ, বই পড়া এবং বিভিন্ন নেটওয়ার্কিং কর্মসূচি।
