নদীয়াঃ সেই মতো বাজারে ছোট থেকে বড় সকলেই ব্যাস্ত রং, আবির, পিচকারী, নানা রকম মুখোশ সহ বিভিন্ন সামগ্রী কিনতে। নবদ্বীপ শহরেও ছবিটি ব্যাতিক্রমি নয়, সকাল থেকেই শহরের বিভিন্ন প্রান্তে বিভিন্ন দোকান গুলোয় শুরু হয় বেচা কেনা। এই প্রসঙ্গে এক বিক্রেতা জানান মানুষ এখন অনেকটাই সচলে দোল উৎসব নিয়ে, রাসায়নিক রং বা আবির মানুষ এখন বর্জন করছে, বরং ভেষজ আবিরের চাহিদাই এবছর বেশি, বিক্রেতা আরও বলেন, সব কিছুর সাথে এই সামগ্রীরও দামে কিছুটা বৃদ্ধি পেয়েছে, তবে বাজারে ক্রেতাদের চাহিদা যথেষ্ট ভালো, এবছর বেচা কেনাও ভাল হবে বলেও আশাবাদী ব্যাবসায়ীরা।
