মালদা: মহদীপুর স্পোর্টিং ক্লাবের উদ্যোগে শুক্রবার রাত্রে মহদীপুর হাসপাতাল মাঠে ভারত বাংলাদেশ সীমান্তে অনুষ্ঠিত হল এক ভলিবল প্রতিযোগিতা। পশ্চিমবঙ্গের পাশাপাশি উত্তর প্রদেশ, বিহার এবং আলিপুরদুয়ার থেকে প্রতিযোগিরা অংশ নিয়েছিল এই প্রতিযোগিতায়। উপস্থিত ছিলেন এলাকার বিশিষ্ট সমাজসেবী প্রসেনজিৎ ঘোষ, মারুফ শেখ সহ অন্যান্যরা। জানা যায় প্রতিবছরই মহদীপুর স্পোর্টিং ক্লাবের উদ্যোগে আসাদুল্লা হক মেমোরিয়াল ভলিবল প্রতিযোগিতার আয়োজন করা হয়ে থাকে। তারই অঙ্গ হিসাবে এই ভলিবল প্রতিযোগিতার আয়োজন করা হয়েছিল ।
Malda: A volleyball competition was organized by The Mahdipur Sporting Club on the India-Bangladesh border at the Mahdipur Hospital ground on Friday night. Apart from West Bengal, contestants from Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Alipurduar participated in the competition. Prominent social workers of the area Prasenjit Ghosh, Maruf Sheikh and others were present on the occasion. It is known that every year, The Asadullah Haque Memorial Volleyball Competition is organized by The Mahdipur Sporting Club. This volleyball competition was organized as part of that.
