নিজস্ব প্রতিবেদনঃ পরিবেশকে আরো সবুজ, আরো সুন্দর ও দূষনমুক্ত করতে নব প্রয়াস “মিঠরি মিট্টি”। পশ্চিমবঙ্গের নানা জাগয়ায় বৃক্ষরোপন করার প্রতিজ্ঞা দেন এই “মিঠরি মিট্টি”। সারা পশ্চিমবঙ্গ জুড়ে দশ লাখ চারাগাছ রোপন করার কাজ শুরু করেছেন তারা। আজ কলকাতার বাইপাশের পাশের ফাকা রাস্তার ধারে এক হাজার চারা গাছ রোপন করলো। “মিঠরি মিট্টি” এর প্রধান সঞ্জয় জয়সিং জানান “পশ্চিমবঙ্গ কে আরো সবুজময় করতে, আরো সুন্দর ও দূষনমুক্ত করতে আমাদের এই প্রয়াস। গাছ মানে মানুষের প্রান, তাই আমাদের জীবন কে সুন্দর রাখতে গাছের যত্ন নেওয়া খুব দরকার। আমরা পশ্চিমবঙ্গের নানা জায়গায় গাছ রোপনের প্রয়াস ছড়িয়ে দিতে চাই”। ওই দিন বাইপাশ এলাকার সবাই যোগদান দেন এই প্রয়াসে। সঞ্জয় জয়সিং পুরো এলাকার মানুষকে ধন্যবাদ দেন।
“মিঠরি মিট্টি” এর প্রধান উদ্দেশ্য হল “সারা পৃথিবীতে সবুজাভ করা। এই সংস্থার সাথে কোনো সরকারি অনুমোদন নেই। তারা নিজেরা মিলে এই প্রয়াস শুরু করেছেন। পশ্চিমবঙ্গের পর সারা ভারতে তারা এই প্রয়াস করতে ইচ্ছুক।

The main objective of “Mithri Mitty” is to “green the entire world. There is no government approval with this organization. They have started this initiative themselves. After West Bengal they want to do this initiative all over India.
