নিজস্ব প্রতিবেদনঃ 18 ই মার্চ 2023, কলকাতা: বিবিএস (বেঙ্গল ইনস্টিটিউট অফ বিজনেস স্টাডিজ) সাপ্লাই চেইনে উদ্ভাবন ও রূপান্তরের বিষয়ে একটি প্যানেল আলোচনার আয়োজন করেছিল। এই ইভেন্টের পিছনে ধারণাটি ছিল তাদের ছাত্র এবং উচ্চাকাঙ্ক্ষী ম্যানেজমেন্ট শিক্ষার্থীদের সাপ্লাই চেইন ম্যানেজমেন্টের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ উপাদানগুলির সাথে পরিচয় করিয়ে দেওয়া, বিশেষ করে আজকের দ্রুত পরিবর্তনশীল ব্যবসায়িক দৃশ্যপটে। এটি তাদেরকে নেতৃস্থানীয় শিল্প বিশেষজ্ঞদের কাছ থেকে একটি অন্তর্দৃষ্টি প্রদান করবে যারা দিল্লিভেরি, ওয়ালমার্ট ফ্লিপকার্ট, রিলায়েন্স, ডিএইচএল, ল্যান্ডমার্ক গ্রুপের মতো শীর্ষ ব্র্যান্ডের সাথে যুক্ত, কারণ তারা তাদের অভিজ্ঞতা ভাগ করে নেবে এবং অনুষ্ঠানের অংশ হবে এমন শিক্ষার্থীদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করবে।

তাদের ছাত্রদের সাথে একটি প্রশ্নোত্তর সেশন ছিল৷ প্রশ্নোত্তর সেশনগুলি শিক্ষার্থীদের সরবরাহ করেছিল যেখানে সরবরাহ চেইন ব্যবস্থাপনার ক্ষেত্রে শিল্প বিশেষজ্ঞদের কাছ থেকে নির্দেশনা সহ তাদের প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেওয়া হয়েছিল৷
সমস্ত সম্মানিত বক্তারা ২০২৩ সালে ভারতের সাপ্লাই চেইন ম্যানেজমেন্ট ইন্ডাস্ট্রি কীভাবে উল্লেখযোগ্য বৃদ্ধি পাবে বলে আশা করা হচ্ছে সে সম্পর্কে কথা বলেছেন, উদ্ভাবন এবং রূপান্তর সহ বিভিন্ন কারণ দ্বারা চালিত যা সরবরাহ চেইন পরিচালনার জন্য গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কারণ তারা কোম্পানিগুলিকে প্রতিযোগিতামূলক থাকতে, দক্ষতা উন্নত করতে, খরচ কমাতে এবং গ্রাহক সন্তুষ্টি বাড়াতে সাহায্য করে। যে কোম্পানিগুলি উদ্ভাবন এবং রূপান্তরকে আলিঙ্গন করে তারা আজকের গতিশীল ব্যবসায়িক পরিবেশে সফল হওয়ার জন্য আরও ভাল অবস্থানে রয়েছে।

Own Report: 18th March 2023, Kolkata: BBS (Bengal Institute of Business Studies) organized a panel discussion on Innovation and Transformation in Supply Chain. The idea behind this event was to introduce their students and aspiring management students to the important elements of supply chain management, especially in today’s rapidly changing business scenario. It will provide them with an insight from leading industry experts who are associated with top brands like Delhivery, Walmart Flipkart, Reliance, DHL, Landmark Group, as they will share their experiences and interact with the students who will be part of the programme.
