মালদা;০৫ মার্চ: এখনো ঘোষণা হয়নি পঞ্চায়েত নির্বাচনের দিনক্ষণ। তার আগেই প্রার্থী বাছাই নিয়ে রণক্ষেত্র পরিস্থিতি শাসকদলের বুথ কমিটির বৈঠকে। স্থানীয় পঞ্চায়েত সদস্য এবং তার অনুগামীদের বিরুদ্ধে মারধরের অভিযোগ। অভিযোগ শাসকদলের জুট লেবার শ্রমিক সংগঠনের নেতার। ব্যাপক উত্তেজনা এলাকায়। ঘটনাস্থলে বিশাল পুলিশবাহিনী। প্রকাশ্যে শাসকদলের গোষ্ঠীদ্বন্দ্ব। খোঁচা কংগ্রেসের। সাফাই জেলা তৃণমূলের। পঞ্চায়েত ভোটের প্রাক্কালে ফের অস্বস্তিতে শাসকদল। মালদা জেলার হরিশ্চন্দ্রপুর ১ নম্বর ব্লকের অন্তর্গত মহেন্দ্রপুর গ্রাম পঞ্চায়েতের মহেন্দ্রপুর বুথে তৃণমূলের বুথ কমিটির বৈঠক অনুষ্ঠিত হয় শনিবার রাতে। বৈঠকটি হয় মহেন্দ্রপুর হাই স্কুল ময়দানে। বুথে বুথে বৈঠক করে আসন্ন পঞ্চায়েত ভোটে সম্ভাব্য প্রার্থীদের জন্য নাম সংগ্রহ করছে তৃণমূল নেতৃত্ব। এই নাম নেওয়া থেকেই বিবাদের সূত্রপাত। মহেন্দ্রপুর বুথের প্রার্থী হিসেবে নাম উঠে আসে দু’জনের। একজন বর্তমান পঞ্চায়েত সদস্য মোহাম্মদ মুজাহিদ এবং অন্যজন তৃণমূলের জুট লেবার শ্রমিক ইউনিয়নের নেতা জাকির হোসেন। বৈঠকের মধ্যেই বিবাদ এবং ধাক্কাধাক্কি তে জড়িয়ে পড়ে দুই পক্ষ। জাকির হোসেনের অভিযোগ বৈঠক শেষে মোহাম্মদ মুজাহিদ এবং তাঁর অনুগামীরা চড়াও হয় জাকির হোসেনের বাড়িতে। সেখানে তার ছেলে সোয়েল আক্তার, স্ত্রী এবং তাকে বেধড়ক মারধর করে। তার ছেলেকে আশঙ্কাজনক অবস্থায় হরিশ্চন্দ্রপুর গ্রামীণ হাসপাতাল থেকে মালদা মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতালে স্থানান্তরিত করা হয়েছে বলে জানিয়েছেন জাকির হোসেন। অভিযুক্তদের গ্রেফতারির দাবি তুলেছেন তিনি। অন্যদিকে মারধরের সমস্ত অভিযোগ অস্বীকার করেছেন পঞ্চায়েত সদস্য মোঃ মুজাহিদ। পাল্টা তার দাবি জাকির হোসেন মারধরের নাটকের চক্রান্ত করে তাকে কালিমালিপ্ত করার চেষ্টা করছে শীর্ষ নেতৃত্বের কাছে। সমগ্র ঘটনায় প্রকাশ্যে এসে পড়েছে শাসকের অভ্যন্তরীণ সংঘাত। তৃণমূলকে তীব্র কটাক্ষ করেছে মহেন্দ্রপুর অঞ্চল কংগ্রেসের সভাপতি আব্দুস শোভান। তিনি বলেন এখন চারিদিকে এটা হবে। মানুষ এদের জবাব দেবে। যদিও সমগ্র ঘটনা নিয়ে সাফাই দিয়েছে তৃণমূলের শীর্ষ নেতৃত্ব। গোটা ঘটনায় চরম অসস্তিতে পড়েছে শাসক শিবির। এদিকে সমগ্র ঘটনায় ব্যাপক উত্তেজনায় ছড়িয়ে পড়েছে এলাকায়। ঘটনার খবর পাওয়া মাত্রই এলাকায় পৌঁছেছে হরিশ্চন্দ্রপুর থানার বিশাল পুলিশ বাহিনী।
আক্রান্ত তৃণমূলের শ্রমিক সংগঠনের নেতা জাকির হোসেন বলেন, পঞ্চায়েত ভোটে প্রার্থী হওয়া নিয়ে ঝামেলা। এখন যে পঞ্চায়েত সদস্য আছে সে তার দলবল নিয়ে আমার বাড়িতে ঢুকে মারধর করেছে। আমার ছেলের অবস্থা খুব খারাপ। আমি ওদের বিরুদ্ধে আইনি ব্যবস্থা নেব।
পঞ্চায়েত সদস্য মহম্মদ মুজাহিদ বলেন, আমি দীর্ঘদিন ধরে পঞ্চায়েত সদস্য রয়েছি। এবারেও প্রার্থী হিসেবে আমার নাম প্রায় চূড়ান্ত হয়ে গেছে। সেই জন্যই এই ধরনের মিথ্যা অভিযোগ করে আমাকে কালিমালিপ্ত করার চক্রান্ত করা হচ্ছে। মারধরের কোন ঘটনা ঘটেনি।
মহেন্দ্রপুর অঞ্চল কংগ্রেসের সভাপতি আব্দুস শোভান কটাক্ষ করে বলেন, যত ভোটের দিন এগিয়ে আসবে তৃণমূলের অন্তর কলহ বাড়বে। এদের শেষের শুরু হয়ে গেছে। বিদায় বেলায় এরা এখন নিজেদের মধ্যেই ঝামেলা করে শেষ হবে।
জেলা তৃণমুল মুখপাত্র শুভময় বসু সাফাই দিয়ে বলেন,তৃণমূল বড়ো দল। একই আসনে অনেক যোগ্য প্রার্থী রয়েছে।মতান্তর হতেই পারে।এই নিয়ে বিরোধীরা ফালতু রাজনীতি করছে।
ভোট যত এগিয়ে আসছে তৃণমূলের গোষ্ঠীদ্বন্দ তত সামনে আসছে। মুখে না বললেও অস্বস্তিতে পড়ছে শাসকদলের নেতারা।আক্রমণের ঝাঁঝ বাড়াচ্ছে বিরোধীরা।
