ইন্দ্রজিৎ আইচঃ একুশে মার্চ বিশ্ব পুতুল নাট্য দিবস হিসেবে স্বীকৃত।আর এই দিন একটি অসাধারণ পুতুল নাটক মঞ্চায়ন করলো “শিল্পাঞ্জলি” গোবরডাঙ্গা শিল্পায়ণ স্টুডিওতে। পরিবেশিত হলো রাজা রামমোহন রায়ের প্রতি শ্রদ্ধার্ঘ্য নিবেদনে করে পুতুল নাট্য প্রযোজনা “ভারতপথিক”। একই সাথে সমাপ্ত হলো 36তম শিল্পাঞ্জলি উৎসব।রামমোহন রায়ের আড়াইশো তম জন্ম বার্ষিকী উপলক্ষে শ্রদ্ধার্ঘ নিবেদন করা হলো। এই পুতুল নাটকে ঐতিহ্যবাহী দন্ডপুতুল, সুতোপুতুল এবং ছায়া পুতুলের ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে। নির্মেদ পাণ্ডুলিপি, ঘটনার নাটকীয়তা এবং সর্বোপরি সময়োপযোগী পুতুলের ব্যবহারে নাটকটি সকল দর্শকের মনোগ্রাহী হয়। এদিন প্রকাশিত হল ৩৬ তম শিল্পাঞ্জলি উৎসবের স্মারক পুস্তিকা। উপস্থিত ছিলেন গোবরডাঙা হিন্দু কলেজের অধ্যক্ষ ডঃ হরেকৃষ্ণ মন্ডল, ইছাপুর হাই স্কুলের প্রধান শিক্ষক অশোক পাল সহ আরো অনেক বেক্তিবর্গ। সংস্থার পক্ষ থেকে সকল অতিথিদের সংবর্ধনা জানানো হয়। অধ্যক্ষ ডঃ হরেকৃষ্ণ মন্ডল তার স্বাগত ভাষণে বলেন পুতুল শিল্পকলার মতো একটি প্রাচীন ও ঐতিহ্যবাহী শিল্পমাধ্যম নিয়ে শিল্পাঞ্জলির চর্চা ও তার প্রচার ও প্রসারের এই প্রয়াস নব প্রজন্মের কাছে একটি নতুন বার্তা নিয়ে আসবে। অশোক পালের ভাষণে উঠে আসে এই সংস্থার পরিচালনায় বিভিন্ন প্রান্তিক স্কুলে নিয়মিত কর্মশালার কথা।শিল্পাঞ্জলির আমন্ত্রণে এই দিন উপস্থিত ছিলেন ঐতিহ্য বাহী পুতুল শিল্পী রামপদ ঘড়ুই তার বেণী পুতুলের প্রর্দশনী নিয়ে। তার বেণী পুতুলের প্রর্দশনী প্রত্যক্ষ করলেন উপস্থিত দর্শকমন্ডলী । উপস্থিত সকলকে শুভেচ্ছা ও শুভকামনা জানিয়ে সংস্থার সম্পাদক মলয় কুমার বিশ্বাস ৩৬ তম শিল্পাঞ্জলি উৎসবের সমাপ্তি ঘোষণা করেন।
Indrajit Aich: One day March is recognized as World Puppetry Day. And on this day a wonderful puppet play “Shilpanjali” was staged at Gobardanga Shilpayan Studio. A puppet theater production “Bharatpathik” was performed as a tribute to Raja Rammohan Roy. At the same time the 36th Shilpanjali Utsav was concluded. Tributes were paid on the occasion of the 250th birth anniversary of Rammohan Roy. Traditional puppets, puppets and shadow puppets are used in this puppet play. The play is a hit with all the audience due to the flawless script, dramatization of events and above all the use of timely puppets. The commemorative booklet of the 36th Shilpanjali festival was published on this day. Gobardanga Hindu College Principal Dr. Harekrishna Mondal, Ichapur High School Principal Ashok Pal and many other people were present. All the guests were welcomed by the organization. Principal Dr. Harekrishna Mandal in his welcome address said that this effort to promote and propagate Shilpanjali with an ancient and traditional art medium like puppetry will bring a new message to the new generation. Ashok Pal’s speech brought up the talk of regular workshops in various marginal schools under the management of this organization. On the invitation of Shilpanjali, traditional puppet artist Rampad Ghadui was present on this day with an exhibition of his Beni puppets. The audience witnessed the exhibition of her braided doll. Greeting and good luck to all present, Secretary of the organization Malay Kumar Biswas announced the end of the 36th Shilpanjali Utsav.
