মৎস্যজীবীদের পরিচয় পত্র বিতরণের মাধ্যমে গঙ্গা বক্ষে ভ্রাম্যমান অভিনব দুয়ারে সরকার ক্যাম্প জেলা প্রশাসনের উদ্যোগে

গোপাল বিশ্বাস, নদীয়া :- সারা রাজ্যে পুনরায় শুরু হয়েছে দূয়ারে সরকার ক্যাম্প। নদীয়ার বিভিন্ন এলাকায় নির্দিষ্ট দিনে নিয়ম করে চলছে এই ক্যাম্প। সোমবার নদীয়ার নবদ্বীপের স্বরূপগঞ্জে গঙ্গা বক্ষে ভ্রাম্যমান বিশেষ দুয়ারে সরকারের অভিনব শিবির করা হল জেলা প্রশাসনের তরফে। সেই দুয়ারে সরকারের শিবিরে যোগ দিয়েছিলেন এলাকার অসংখ্য মৎস্যজীবী মানুষ । মূলত মৎস্যজীবী দের ক্রেডিট কার্ড পাইয়ে দেওয়া এবং সেই কার্ড থেকে তারা কি কি সরকারি সুযোগ সুবিধা পাবে সে বিষয় বার্তা নিয়ে তাদের কাছে পৌঁছাতেই এই শিবির করা হয়েছে বলে জেলা প্রশাসনের পক্ষ থেকে জানানো হয়েছে। এছাড়াও কন্যাশ্রী, লক্ষ্মীর ভান্ডার সহ বিভিন্ন প্রকল্প ছিল দুয়ারে সরকারের ওই বিশেষ শিবিরে।

জেলার অতিরিক্ত জেলা শাসক (উন্নয়ন) জানিয়েছেন ,’আমরা গঙ্গাবক্ষে এই অভিনব দুয়ারে সরকারের শিবির করেছি এই কারণেই, গঙ্গার বিভিন্ন ঘাটে একাধিক মৎস্যজীবী রয়েছেন। তারা মাছ চাষ করেই মূলত সংসার চালান। তাদের জন্য ক্রেডিট কার্ড পাইয়ে দেওয়া সরকারের লক্ষ্য।
কিন্তু দূরে কোথাও দুয়ারে সরকারের শিবির করা হলে তারা অনেকেই ওই শিবিরে পৌঁছাতে পারেন না। সেই কারণেই আমরা গঙ্গাবক্ষে এই শিবির করেছি। আগামী দিনে বিভিন্ন জায়গায় গঙ্গা পক্ষে এই শিবির করার চিন্তাভাবনা রয়েছে।

পাশাপাশি এদিন এই শিবিরের মাধ্যমে মৎসজিবীদের মধ্যে বেশ কিছু সচেতনতা বার্তাও জেলা প্রশাসনের তরফে দেওয়া হয়, বিশেষ করে গঙ্গাকে দূষণ মুক্ত রাখতে ও গঙ্গায় যাতে কোন ভাবে ডলফিন মারা না যায় সে বিষয়েও মৎস জিবীদের বিশেষ ভাবে সচেতন হতেও বলা হয়। জানা যায় এদিন প্রায় ছয়শ জন আবেদনকারীদের মধ্যে এই কার্ড তুলে দেওয়া হয়। নবদ্বীপের বিডিও বরুনাশিস সরকার জানিয়েছেন,’আমাদের পঞ্চায়েত এলাকায় যতগুলো গঙ্গার ঘাট রয়েছে, আমরা সব কটা ঘাটেই এই ভ্রাম্যমান দুয়ারে সরকারের শিবির করব। যাতে মৎস্যজীবীরা কেউ বঞ্চিত না হয়। রাজ্য সরকারের বিভিন্ন প্রকল্প যেগুলো সাধারণ মানুষের জন্য তা সকলের কাছে পৌঁছে দিতে জেলা প্রশাসনের উদ্যোগে এদিনের এই বিশেষ শিবির যথেষ্ট সার্থক বলেও তিনি দাবী করেন।

গঙ্গাবক্ষে জলযানের ওপর দুয়ারে সরকারের শিবির দেখে অনেকেই উৎসাহিত হয়েছেন। কারণ এই ধরণের শিবির জেলায় প্রথম। শিবিরের যোগ দিয়েছিলেন মৎস্যজীবী বংশী হালদার। তিনি জানিয়েছেন,’আমি মৎস্যজীবী সমবায় সমিতির পক্ষ থেকে এসে আবেদন করেছি। সরকারের এই অভিনব উদ্যোগকে সাধুবাদ জানাই, বিগত দিনে আমাদের কথা এভাবে কেউ ভাবেনি, রাজ্য সরকারের এই উদ্যগে আমাদের মত মানুষের খুব উপকার হবে।সব মিলিয়ে জেলা প্রশাসনের এহেন ভিন্ন ভাবনায় সাধারণ মানুষের কাছে সরকারি সূযোগ সুবিধা পৌঁছে দেবার মাধ্যমকে একাধারে যেমন সকলে সাধুবাদ জানিয়েছে পাশাপাশি বহু মানুষ উৎসাহিত হয়েও এই বিশেষ শিবিরে যোগ দিয়েছে।

Gopal Biswas, Nadia :- Duare government camps have resumed across the state. This camp is running regularly in different areas of Nadia on certain days. On Monday, the government’s fancy camp was organized by the district administration at Swarupganj of Navadwip in Nadia at a special gate on the river Ganges. Many fishermen of the area joined the government’s camp at that gate. According to the district administration, this camp has been done to reach the fishermen with the message that they will get the credit card and what government facilities they will get from that card. Also, various projects including Kanyashree, Lakshmi Bhandar were in that special camp of Duare government. Additional District Commissioner (Development) of the district said, ‘We have camped the government at this fancy gate in the Ganges, because of this, there are many fishermen in different ghats of the Ganges. They mainly make a living by farming fish. It is the government’s aim to get credit cards for them. But many of them cannot reach the camp if the government camp is made in Duar somewhere far away. That is why we have made this camp in the Ganges. There are plans to hold this camp on behalf of Ganga at various places in the coming days. Besides, several awareness messages were also given by the district administration through this camp on this day, especially to keep the Ganges free from pollution and to ensure that dolphins do not die in the Ganga. It is known that this card was given out of about six hundred applicants on this day. Varunashis Sarkar, BDO of Nabadwip, said, ‘As many ghats as there are Ganga ghats in our panchayat area, we will set up government camps at these mobile gates at all the ghats. So that the fishermen are not deprived. He also claimed that this special camp of the day is quite worthwhile in the initiative of the district administration to deliver the various projects of the state government which are meant for common people.

Many were encouraged to see the government’s camp at Duare on the Ganges. Because this type of camp is the first in the district. Fisherman Banshi Halder joined the camp. He said, ‘I came and applied on behalf of Fishermen’s Cooperative Society. I applaud this innovative initiative of the government, no one thought of us like this in the past, this initiative of the state government will benefit people like us a lot. All in all, many people have applauded the medium of bringing government facilities to the common people with such a different idea of ​​the district administration.
