১৬ এপ্রিল ২০২৩ঃ দিল্লিতে শেষ হলো তিন দিনব্যাপী বাংলা উৎসব। বাংলাদেশ-ভারতের যৌথ উদ্যোগ ভারতের রাজধানী নয়াদিল্লিতে শেষ হয়েছে তিন দিনব্যাপী বাংলা উৎসব। গতকাল রোববার (১৬ এপ্রিল) বিকেলে দিল্লির চিত্তরঞ্জন পার্কের বিপিনচন্দ্র পাল ট্রাস্ট মিলনায়তনে ছিলো বর্ণাঢ্য এই উৎসবের সমাপনী আয়োজন। একই সাথে শেষ হয় নেতাজী-বঙ্গবন্ধু জনচেতনা যাত্রার সমাপনী অনুষ্ঠান। এতে যোগ দেন দুই বাংলার বিশিষ্ট ব্যক্তি ও শিল্পীরা।
উৎসবের সমাপনী দিনে প্রধান অতিথির বক্তব্যে ভারতের প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদির ইকোনমিক অ্যাডভাইসরি কাউন্সিলের চেয়ারম্যান ড. বিবেক দেবরায় বলেন, শিল্প-সংস্কৃতিসহ সবকিছুরই ভিত্তি হচ্ছে ভাষা। আর ভাষা হলো মানুষের জীবনবোধের প্রতিচ্ছবি। ১৯৫২ সালের ভাষা আন্দোলনের মাধ্যমে অর্জিত বাঙালির বাংলা ভাষা আজ বিশ্ব স্বীকৃত। তাই তরুণ প্রজন্মের মাঝে বাংলা ও বাঙালির ঐতিহ্যকে ছড়িয়ে দিতে দুই বাংলাসহ বিশ্বের বিভিন্ন প্রান্তে থাকা বাঙালিদের প্রতি আহ্বান জানান তিনি।
চলমান বিশ্বসংকট সত্ত্বেও বাংলাদেশ ও ভারতের অর্থনীতির গতিময়তা এবং পারস্পরিক বোঝাপড়ার কারনে উভয় দেশের জনগন ও উদ্যোক্তারা লাভবান হচ্ছেন বলে মন্তব্য করেন উৎসবের প্রধান উপদেষ্টা, বিশিষ্ট অর্থনীতিবিদ ও সাবেক গভর্নর ড. আতিউর রহমান। তিনি বলেন, উভয় দেশের অর্থনীতি আজ প্রবৃদ্ধি অর্জনে অন্যান্য অনেক দেশের চেয়ে বেশি করে পারদর্শিতা দেখাতে সক্ষম হয়েছে। বিশেষ করে যোগাযোগ ব্যবস্থার উন্নয়নে উভয় দেশের মানুষে যোগাযোগ বৃদ্ধি ও মানুষে মানুষে হৃদ্যতা বাড়াতে সহায়তা করছে। এবারের পহেলা বৈশাখকে ঘিরে দিল্লিতে বাংলা উৎসবে আয়োজন দু’দেশের সাংস্কৃতিক মেলবন্ধনকে আরও দৃঢ় করেছে। তরুণ প্রজন্মের কাছে উভয় দেশের সম্প্রীতির বন্ধন তুলে ধরতে এবং সংস্কৃতির আদান-প্রদানে ভবিষ্যতেও এ ধরনের আয়োজন বাড়ানোর ওপর তিনি গুরুত্বারোপ করেন।
উৎসবে সমাপনী আলোচনায় আরো বক্তব্য রাখেন- বাংলাদেশে নিযুক্ত ভারতের সাবেক হাইকমিশনার ও দেশবন্ধু চিত্তরঞ্জন মেমোরিয়াল সোসাইটির সভাপতি রিভা গাঙ্গুলী দাস, ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের আন্তর্জাতিক সম্পর্ক বিভাগের অধ্যাপক ড. দেলোয়ার হোসেন, নয়াদিল্লিতে বাংলাদেশ হাইকমিশনের প্রেস মিনিস্টার সাংবাদিক শাবান মাহমুদ, বিশিষ্ট রবীন্দ্রসঙ্গীত শিল্পী লিলি ইসলাম ও ঢাকা পদাতিক নাট্যদলের সভাপতি মিজানুর রহমান সহ দুই বাংলার বিশিষ্টজনেরা।
তিন দিনব্যাপী এই উৎসব সফলভাবে শেষ হওয়ায় ধন্যবাদ জ্ঞাপন করে বক্তব্য রাখেন- উৎসবের আহ্বায়ক ও বিহু ক্রিয়েশনের প্রধান নির্বাহী প্রিভেল পাল টিটু এবং উৎসবের সমন্বয়ক বাংলাদেশ-ভারত ইতিহাস ও ঐতিহ্য পরিষদের সাধারণ সম্পাদক আশরাফুল ইসলাম।
উপস্থিত ছিলেন কলকাতা থেকে এসেছিলেন শ্রী পীযূষ মজুমদার, শ্রী বোধিসত্ব তরফদার, শ্রী মৃণময় ব্যানার্জি, শ্রী সুপ্রিয় মুখার্জি ও অন্য গুণী জনেরা, সমাপনী সাংস্কৃতিক পর্বে নাচ পরিবেশন করেন ঢাকার বিশিষ্ট নৃত্যশিল্পী শর্মিলা ব্যানার্জী ও তার নৃত্য শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান নৃত্যনন্দনের শিল্পীরা। সবশেষে মঞ্চস্থ হয় নাট্যজন নাদের চৌধুরী নির্দেশিত ঢাকা পদাতিক এর নাটক ‘ট্রায়াল অব সূর্যসেন’।
এই উৎসবের যৌথ আয়োজক ছিলো বাংলাদেশ-ভারত ইতিহাস ও ঐতিহ্য পরিষদ এবং বিহু ক্রিয়েশন। সহযোগিতা করেছে বাংলাদেশের বৃহৎ শিল্প প্রতিষ্ঠান প্রাণ-আরএফএল গ্রুপ এবং শান্ত-মারিয়াম ইউনিভার্সিটি অব সায়েন্স টেকনোলজি।
16 April 2023: The three-day Bengali festival has ended in Delhi. The three-day long Bangla festival has ended in the Indian capital, New Delhi, a joint initiative of Bangladesh and India. Yesterday Sunday (April 16) afternoon, the Bipinchandra Pal Trust Auditorium of Delhi’s Chittaranjan Park held the closing ceremony of this colorful festival. At the same time, the closing ceremony of Netaji-Bangabandhu Jan Chetana Yatra ended. It was attended by two prominent people and artists of Bengal. In the speech of the chief guest on the closing day of the festival, Chairman of the Economic Advisory Council of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Vivek Devarai said, language is the basis of everything including art and culture. And language is the reflection of people’s sense of life. The Bengali language of Bengali acquired through the language movement of 1952 is recognized worldwide today. Therefore, he called upon the Bengalis in different parts of the world including the two Bengals to spread the Bengali and Bengali traditions among the young generation. Despite the ongoing global crisis, the people and entrepreneurs of both countries are benefiting due to the dynamic of the economy of Bangladesh and India and mutual understanding said the chief advisor of the festival, prominent economist and former governor Dr. Atiur Rahman. He said that the economy of both the countries today has been able to show more prowess in achieving growth than many other countries. Especially in the development of the communication system, it is helping to increase the communication between the people of both the countries and to increase the friendship between the people. The organization of Bengali festival in Delhi around Pahela Baisakh this year has strengthened the cultural bond between the two countries. He emphasized on increasing such events in the future to highlight the bond of harmony between the two countries and culture exchange to the young generation. In the closing discussion of the festival, Riva Ganguli Das, the former high commissioner of India assigned to Bangladesh and president of Deshbandhu Chittaranjan Memorial Society, professor of international relations department of Dhaka University. Delwar Hossain, Press Minister of Bangladesh High Commission in New Delhi, Journalist Shaban Mahmud, eminent Rabindra Sangeet artiste Lili Islam and Dhaka Padatik Natyadal President Mizanur Rahman along with two Bengali dignitaries.
The convenor of the festival and chief executive of Bihu Creation, Privel Pal Titu, and the coordinator of the festival, Ashraful Islam, general secretary of the Bangladesh-India History and Heritage Council, expressed thanks for the successful completion of the three-day festival. Shri Piyush Majumder, Shri Bodhisattva Tarafdar, Shri Mrinamoy Banerjee, Shri Supriya Mukherjee and other talented people were present from Kolkata. In the closing cultural phase, the famous dancer Sharmila Banerjee of Dhaka and the artists of her dance educational institution Nrityanandan performed dances. Finally, the play ‘Trial of Suryasen’ directed by dramatist Nader Chowdhury of Dhaka Infantry was staged. The festival was jointly organized by the Bangladesh-India History and Heritage Council and Bihu Creation. Collaborated with PRAN-RFL Group, a large industrial company in Bangladesh, and Shanto-Mariam University of Science and Technology.
