মালদাঃ তৃণমূল সাংসদ মৌসম নূরের ঘনিষ্ঠ তৃণমূল নেতার বাড়িতে আয়কর দপ্তরের হানা । বুধবার সকালে তৃণমূল নেতা হেমন্ত শর্মার বাড়িতে আয়কর দপ্তরের আধিকারিকরা হানা দেন। প্রথমে তার হবিবপুর ব্লকের বুলবুলচন্ডীর বাড়িতে হানা দেন আয়কর দপ্তরের আধিকারিকরা। পরবর্তীতে হানা দেন তার মালদা শহরের সর্বমঙ্গলাপল্লীর বাড়িতে। তল্লাশি চালানোর সময় দুটি বাড়িতেই কেন্দ্রীয় বাহিনী দ্বারা ঘিরে ফেলা হয় । যদিও আয়কর দপ্তরের হানার কারণ নিয়ে এখনও ধোঁয়াশা। আধিকারিকদের তরফ থেকে এখনো কোনো মন্তব্য করা হয়নি । যদিও সূত্রের দাবি গত কয়েক বছরে তৃণমূল নেতা হেমন্ত শর্মার সম্পত্তি যেভাবে ফুলেঁপে উঠেছে তারই তদন্তে নেমেছে আয়কর দপ্তর । বিরোধীদের অভিযোগ এই হেমন্ত শর্মা মৌসুম নূর কংগ্রেসে থাকা কালীন হবিবপুর ব্লকের দায়িত্বে ছিলেন । মৌসম তৃণমূলে যোগদান করার পরেই হেমন্ত শর্মাকে দেখা যায় জেলা তৃণমূলের সাধারণ সম্পাদকের পদে । আর এরপর থেকেই হেমন্ত শর্মার উত্থান চোখে পড়ার মতো । সূত্রের খবর হবিবপুর ব্লকের বাড়ি বাদ দিয়েও মালদা শহরে প্রায় কয়েক কোটি টাকা খরচা করে বাড়ি দেন তিনি । শুধু মালদা তেই নয় সূত্রের খবর কলকাতাতেও একাধিক ফ্ল্যাট রয়েছে এই হেমন্ত শর্মার নামে । রাজনৈতিক কর্মসূচি বাদ দিয়েও মৌসুম নূরের সফর সঙ্গী হতে দেখা গিয়েছে এই হেমন্ত শর্মাকে । জঙ্গল থেকে পাহাড় যখনই ছুটি মিলেছে মৌসুম নূরের সফর সঙ্গী হয়েছেন মৌসমের ঘনিষ্ঠ এই হেমন্ত শর্মা । আর এই মৌসমের ঘনিষ্ঠ হেমন্ত শর্মার বাড়িতে আয়কর দপ্তরের হানার ঘটনায় রীতিমতো চাঞ্চল্য ছড়িয়েছে মালদার রাজনৈতিক মহলে । মালদার সাধারণ মানুষের মনে প্রশ্ন উঠতে শুরু করেছে তবে কি এবার বীরভূম কলকাতার মতোই মালদাতেও দেখা যাবে একই চিত্র।
Malda: The income tax department raided the house of a Trinamool leader close to Trinamool MP Mausam Noor. Income tax officials raided Trinamool leader Hemant Sharma’s house on Wednesday morning. First, Income Tax officials raided his house in Bulbulchandi of Habibpur block. Later attacked his house in Sarvamangalapalli of Malda City. Both houses were surrounded by central forces during the search. However, the reason for the attack by the Income Tax Department is still unclear. Officials have yet to comment. Although sources claim that the income tax department has started investigating the way Trinamool leader Hemant Sharma’s property has swelled in the last few years. The opposition alleges that Hemant Sharma was in charge of the Habibpur block when Moushum Noor was in Congress. After joining the Mausam Trinamool, Hemant Sharma was seen as the general secretary of the district Trinamool. And since then the rise of Hemant Sharma is visible. According to the sources, he gave a house in Malda City after spending a few crores of rupees. Not only in Malda but also in Kolkata, there are several flats in the name of Hemant Sharma. This Hemant Sharma was seen to be the travel companion of Moushum Noor despite leaving the political program. Hemant Sharma, who is close to Mausam, has become a travel companion of Mausham Noor whenever he gets a break from the jungle to the mountains. And this season, the income tax department’s raid on the house of Hemant Sharma, who is close to him, has caused a stir in Malda’s political circles. The question has started to arise in the minds of the common people of Malda, but will the same picture be seen in Malda as in Birbhum Kolkata?
