গোপাল বিশ্বাস , নদিয়া:- নবদ্বীপ স্টেশনকে অমৃত ভারত স্টেশনের অন্তর্ভুক্ত করার আগে স্টেশন পরিদর্শনে এলেন হাওড়া ডিভিশনের ডিআরএম মনিশ জৈন। জানা যায় ভারত সরকার এবং রেল মন্ত্রকের উদ্যোগে গোটা দেশজুড়ে অসংখ্য স্টেশন কে অমৃত ভারত স্টেশনে পরিবর্তন করা হচ্ছে। বলা যেতে পারে স্টেশন গুলি সম্পূর্ণ মডেল স্টেশন রূপেই পরিণত হতে পারে, এমনটাই জানা যাচ্ছে রেল সূত্রে। হাওড়া ডিভিশনের প্রায় ১৫ টি স্টেশনকে অমৃত ভারত স্টেশনের অন্তর্ভুক্ত করা হবে, এবং সেই তালিকায় নাম রয়েছে নবদ্বীপ ধাম স্টেশনেরও। মন্দির নগরী নবদ্বীপ শ্রীচৈতন্যদেবের জন্মভূমি। পাশেই রয়েছে মায়াপুর মায়াপুর ইসকন মন্দির, যেখানে তৈরি হতে চলেছে এশিয়ার সর্ববৃহৎ মন্দির যা কিনা আগামী কয়েক বছরের মধ্যেই উদ্বোধন হতে চলেছে। স্বাভাবিকভাবেই সারা বছর ধরেই অসংখ্য মানুষেরা আসেন নবদ্বীপে। এবং সেই কারণেই বছরের বেশিরভাগ দিনেই নবদ্বীপ ধাম স্টেশনের ওপর যাত্রীদের চাপ থাকে অত্যন্ত বেশি। তবে আর কিছুদিনের মধ্যেই সেই চিত্র বদলানোর সম্ভাবনা রয়েছে। নবদ্বীপ স্টেশনকে অমৃত ভারত স্টেশনে অন্তর্ভুক্ত করার কাজ ইতিমধ্যেই শুরু হয়ে গিয়েছে জোর কদমে।
এদিন হাওড়া ডিভিশনের ডিআরএম মনিশ জৈন নবদ্বীপ ধাম স্টেশন পরিদর্শনে আসেন। এদিন নবদ্বীপ ধাম স্টেশন পরিদর্শন করে তিনি বলেন আগামী দিনে স্টেশন থেকে সম্পূর্ণরূপে অমৃত ভারত স্টেশনের রুপ দেওয়া হবে যার কাজ ইতিমধ্যেই শুরু হয়ে গিয়েছে। ঝা চকচকে পরিষ্কার পরিচ্ছন্ন স্টেশন চত্বর, একাধিক সিসিটিভি ক্যামেরা, চলমান সিঁড়ি, স্টেশনের সমস্ত জায়গায় ডাস্টবিন, এছাড়াও স্টেশনের বিভিন্ন দেওয়ালে রংবেরঙের চিত্রকলা, ফুড স্টল ইত্যাদি ইতিমধ্যেই দেখা যায় নবদ্বীপ ধাম স্টেশনে। এছাড়াও একাধিক কর্মসূচি গ্রহণ করা হবে। ১২ মিটার চওড়া একটি নতুন ফুট ওভারব্রিজ তৈরি করা হবে নবদ্বীপ ধাম স্টেশনে। বিশেষত উৎসবের দিনগুলিতে যাত্রীদের ভিরের কথা মাথায় রেখেই এই সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হয়েছে বলে জানা যায়। যাত্রীদের চলাচলের জন্য স্টেশন চত্বর করা হবে চওড়া, থাকবে স্টেশন সংলগ্ন পার্কিং এরিয়া, বাস দাঁড়ানোর জন্য এবং যাত্রী বাসে ওঠানামা করার জন্য থাকবে নির্দিষ্ট জায়গা, এছাড়াও অপর প্রান্তের প্ল্যাটফর্ম গুলিতেও পরিষ্কার পরিচ্ছন্ন বাথরুম টিকিট কাউন্টার ইত্যাদি চালু করার পরিকল্পনা রয়েছে রেলের পক্ষ থেকে। সুতরাং বলা যেতে পারে নবদ্বীপ ধাম স্টেশনকে খুব শীঘ্রই একটি ভবিষ্যতের মডেল স্টেশন হিসেবে দেখা যেতে পারে, এবং তারফলে সুবিধা পাবেন লক্ষ লক্ষ যাত্রী।

The temple town of Navadwip is the birthplace of Lord Chaitanya. Next door is the Mayapur Mayapur ISKCON Temple, where Asia’s largest temple is going to be built and which is going to be inaugurated in the next few years. Naturally, many people come to Nabadwip throughout the year. And that is why the passenger pressure on Navadwip Dham station is very high on most days of the year. But within a few days, that picture is likely to change. The process of including Navadwip station in Amrit Bharat station has already started in full swing. On this day, the DRM of Howrah Division Monish Jain came to visit Nabadwip Dham station. Visiting Nabadwip Dham station today, he said that the station will be completely transformed into Amrit Bharat station in the coming days, the work of which has already started. Jha shiny clean station premises, multiple CCTV cameras, escalators, dustbins all over the station, also colorful paintings on various walls of the station, food stalls, etc. are already seen in Navadwip Dham station. Also, several programs will be taken up. A new foot overbridge of 12 meters wide will be constructed at Navadwip Dham station. It is said that this decision has been taken keeping in mind the rush of passengers especially during festival days. The station will be made wider for the movement of passengers, there will be a parking area adjacent to the station, there will be a designated place for buses to stop and passengers to board, also there is a plan to introduce clean bathrooms, ticket counters, etc. on the other side of the platform. So it can be said that Nabadwip Dham station can be seen as a future model station very soon, and will benefit millions of commuters as a result.
