গোপাল বিশ্বাস, নদীয়া :- সম্প্রতি দূর্নিতী শব্দটা যেন রোজনামচায় এসে দাড়িয়েছে। কখনো, শিক্ষা কখনো অন্য নিয়োগ আবার কখনো সরকারি প্রকল্পের বিষয়য়ে। আর এই দূর্নীতির অভিযোগ প্রায় সিংহ ভাগই তৃণমূল সরকার ও তৃণমূল কংগ্রেসের বিরুদ্ধে তুলে সোচ্চার হচ্ছে তৃণমূল বিরোধী সব রাজনৈতিক দলের তরফে। বেশ কিছু দূর্নিতীর তদন্ত করছে কেন্দ্রীয় তদন্ত কারী সংস্থা। সম্প্রতি আদালতে একটি নির্দেশেও দিয়েছে অন্যান্য দূর্নিতীর পাশাপাশি পুরসভার দূর্নীতিরও তদন্ত করবে কেন্দ্রীয় তদন্ত কারী সংস্থা। আর নদীয়ার কৃষ্ণনগর পুরসভার বিরুদ্ধেও বিভিন্ন দূর্নীতির অভিযোগ তুলে সোস্যাল মিডিয়া ও পরে আদালতে সোচ্চার হতে দেখা গেছে বিজেপি নেতা তথা আইনজীবী তরুনজ্যোতি তিওয়াকে। আর রবিবার সেই দূর্নীতির বিরুদ্ধে কৃষ্ণ নগরে এসে সোচ্চার হলেন তিনি পাশাপাশি নদীয়ার কৃষ্ণনগর পুরসভার এলাকায় সৌন্দর্যায়ন সহ বিভিন্ন টেন্ডার দূর্নীতি নিয়ে কোতোয়ালি থানায় লিখিত অভিযোগ দায়ের করলেন বিজেপি রাজ্য যুব মোর্চা নেতৃত্ব ও আইনজীবী তরুনজ্যোতি তিওয়ারি। তার অভিযোগ,’কৃষ্ণনগর পুরসভার সৌন্দর্যের বিভিন্ন টেন্ডার দুর্নীতি নিয়ে তদন্তের কারণে আমরা লিখিত অভিযোগ দায়ের করেছি। পুরসভার পুরমাতা রীতা দাস ৫ কোটি টাকার টেন্ডার কিভাবে কল্যানির এক এ্যাড এজেন্সিকে দিল সেটা সামনে আসার দরকার, এটা রিতীমত চুরি করেছে। পাশাপাশি তিনি আরও বলেন নদীয়ার তৃনমুলকে বলবো তারা ঠিক করুক কোন জেলে যাবে। কৃষ্ণ নগরের পৌরসভার বিরুদ্ধে তো মামলা হয়েছে পরেরটা নবদ্বীপ। তিনি আরও বলেন আমরা চাই,পুলিশ প্রশাসন তদন্ত করে উপযুক্ত ব্যবস্থা নিক।
এই বিষয়ে নদীয়া উত্তর সাংগঠনিক জেলার মুখপাত্র দেবাশীষ রায় জানিয়েছেন,’আইনজীবি হিসেবে তিনি একজন অভিযোগ দায়ের করে গিয়েছেন। কেস হিসেবে স্টার্ট হবে,না অন্য কোনভাবে বিচার করা হবে, সেটা পুলিশ প্রশাসন বিচার করবে। কৃষ্ণনগর পুরসভার ২৫ টি ওয়ার্ডের মধ্যে মাত্র একটি ওয়ার্ডে বিজেপির কাউন্সিলর রয়েছে। তাই কৃষ্ণনগরে পদ্ম ফুলের খুব একটা স্থান নেই। কৃষ্ণনগর পুরসভায় কোনদিনও বামপন্থীরা খুব একটা জায়গা পাইনি। আগাগোড়াই ডানপন্থীরাই পুরসভা দখল করেছে। মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের হাত ধরে কৃষ্ণনগরে উন্নয়নের জোয়ার চলছে। ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে কেউ পুলিশের কাছে অভিযোগ জানাতে পারেন। তাতে কৃষ্ণনগরের মানুষের কিছু যায় আসে না।’ সব মিলিয়ে একাধারে যেমন শিক্ষা, সহ বিভিন্ন নিয়োগ ও কয়লা গুর পাচারের অভিযোগে তৃনমুল কংগ্রেসের তাবর তাবর নেতা জেলে ও তদন্ত করী সংস্থার র্যাডারে সেখানে নতুন করে বিজেপি নেতার পৌরসভার দূর্নীতি নিয়ে নতুন করে থানায় অভিযোগ করায় যে পঞ্চায়েত ভোটের আগে তৃণমূলকে কোণঠাসা করতে জোড়ালো ই্যসু তৈরী হবে তা বলাই বাহুল্য।

And BJP leader and lawyer Tarunjyoti Tiwa was seen raising various corruption charges against Krishnanagar Municipality in Nadia on social media and later in court. And on Sunday, he came to Krishna Nagar and spoke out against the corruption, along with BJP State Youth Morcha leader and lawyer Tarunjyoti Tiwari filed a written complaint at Kotwali police station regarding various tender corruptions including beautification in the Krishna Nagar municipal area of Nadia. He complained, ‘We have filed a written complaint due to the investigation into corruption in various tenders of Krishnanagar Municipal Corporation. It is necessary to come forward how the mayor Rita Das awarded a tender of 5 crore rupees to an ad agency in Kalyani, it has been stolen by Ritimat. Besides, he also said that he would tell Nadia Trinamul to decide which jail he would go to. A case has been filed against the municipality of Krishna Nagar, the next is Nabadwip. He also said that we want the police administration to investigate and take appropriate measures.

So there is not much place for lotus flowers in Krishnanagar. The Left never got much ground in the Krishnanagar Municipal Corporation. The right wings have taken over the municipality. With the hand of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, the tide of development is going on in Krishnanagar. Someone can voluntarily file a complaint with the police. It does not matter to the people of Krishnanagar.’ All in all, the Trinamool Congress leaders are on the radar of the investigative agencies and the investigation agencies are on the radar of the various recruitments and coal smuggling cases, and there are new allegations of BJP leaders at the police station regarding corruption in the municipality.
