গ্যাস সিলিন্ডার থেকে আগুন লাগার ঘটনায় তীব্র চাঞ্চল্য এলাকায়

নবদ্বীপঃ  ঘটনাটি ঘটেছে নবদ্বীপ শহরের উত্তরাঞ্চল প্রাচীন মায়াপুর ২ নং মালোপাড়া এলাকায়। স্থানীয় সুত্রে জানা যায় এলাকার মালোপাড়া জি এস এফ পি প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ের পার্শ্ববর্তি বু্ড়ো হালদারের বাড়িতে ঘটে এই ঘটনা। শুক্রবার সন্ধ্যার গৃহস্থের বাড়ির সদস্য রান্না ঘরে রান্না করতে যায়, ও গ্যাস জ্বালতেই ঘটে এই বিপত্তি, গৃহস্থের চিৎকার শুনে ঘটনাস্থলে পৌছায় এলাকা বাসী, এলাকার যুবকদের তৎপরতায় আগুন নিয়ন্ত্রণে আসে, পাশাপাশি খবর দেওয়া হয় নবদ্বীপ দমকলেও,খবর পেয়ে ঘটনাস্থলে যায় দমকলের একটি ইঞ্জিন, ঘটনাস্থলে দমকলের কর্মীরা গিয়ে সিলিন্ডার টিকে সম্পুর্ন রূপে নিভিয়ে গৃহস্থের হাতে তুলে দেয়। সামগ্রিক ঘটনার জেড়ে এলাকায় ছড়ায় তীব্র চাঞ্চল্য, কেননা ঐ এলাকাটি যথেষ্ট ঘিঞ্জি, ফলত আগুনের তীব্রতা বৃদ্ধি পেলে বড়সড় দূর্ঘটনা হওয়ারও সম্ভবনা ছিল প্রবল।
