মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর নির্দেশ মতো জেলার আম শিল্প নিয়ে এক প্রশাসনিক বৈঠক অনুষ্ঠিত হলো। বুধবার দুপুরে মালদা জেলা প্রশাসনিক ভবনের সভাকক্ষে অনুষ্ঠিত হয় এই বৈঠক।
উল্লেখ্য,মালদা সফরে এসে মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় বলেছিলেন আম দই এবং আম সন্দেশ তৈরি করার কথা। এতে জেলার অর্থনৈতিক আরও বিকাশ ঘটবে। আমের জন্য গোটা দেশে আরো বেশি করে পরিচিত হবে রাজ্য। মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর সেই নির্দেশ মতো প্রস্তুতি শুরু করল মালদা জেলা প্রশাসন। বুধবার দুপুরে এই মর্মে, মালদা ম্যাংগো মার্চেন্ট অ্যাসোসিয়েশন, বিভিন্ন ব্যবসায়ী সংগঠন সহ বিভিন্ন দপ্তরের আধিকারিকদের নিয়ে এক বৈঠকের আয়োজন করা হলো। মালদা জেলা প্রশাসনিক ভবনে আয়োজিত এই বৈঠকে আম দিয়ে দই,আমসত্ত্ব এবং আম সন্দেশ তৈরি করা যায় বিস্তারিতভাবে আলোচনা করা হয়। উপস্থিত ছিলেন জেলাশাসক নীতিন সিংহানিয়া সহ অন্যান্য আধিকারিকরা। এই বিষয়ে মালদা ম্যাংগো মার্চেন্ট অ্যাসোসিয়েশনের সভাপতি উজ্জ্বল সাহা জানান, মালদা সফরে এসে মুখ্যমন্ত্রী বলেছিলেন আম সন্দেশ এবং আম দই তৈরি করার কথা। সেইমতো জেলা প্রশাসন উদ্যোগ গ্রহণ করেছে। তারই অঙ্গ হিসেবে আজকের এই বৈঠক।

In this regard on Wednesday afternoon, a meeting was organized with Malda Mango Merchant Association, various business organizations, and officials of various departments. In this meeting held at the Malda District Administration Building, curd, amsattva, and mango sandesh can be made from mangoes and discussed in detail. District Magistrate Nitin Singhania and other officials were present. Ujjal Saha, president of the Malda Mango Merchant Association, said that the Chief Minister had told him to make mango sandesh and mango curd when he visited Malda. The district administration has taken the initiative. Today’s meeting is part of that.
