বর্ষা শুরুর আগেই সমস্ত দপ্তরের আধিকারিকদের নিয়ে বন্যা পরিস্থিতি মোকাবিলায় প্রস্তুতি সেরে নিচ্ছে মালদা জেলা প্রশাসন। সেইমতো মালদা জেলা প্রশাসনিক ভবনে অনুষ্ঠিত হলো এক প্রশাসনিক বৈঠক। উপস্থিত ছিলেন জেলাশাসক নীতিন সিংহানিয়া সহ প্রশাসনিক আধিকারিকরা। বর্ষা শুরুর আগেই বাঁধ মেরামতি, বিপর্যয় মোকাবিলা টিমকে প্রস্তুত থাকা, ড্রাই ফুড মজুদ সহ বন্যা পরিস্থিতি মোকাবিলায় যাবতীয় বিষয় নিয়ে আলোচনা হয় এদিনের এই বৈঠকে।
