শিক্ষকদের যোগব্যায়াম শেখালো শিক্ষার্থীরা

কলকাতা, ২১শে জুন ২০২৩: আন্তর্জাতিক যোগা দিবস উপলক্ষে অর্কিডস দ্য ইন্টারন্যাশনাল স্কুলের ছাত্ররা শিক্ষকদের যোগব্যায়াম শেখালো শিক্ষার্থীরা। এই অর্কিডস দ্য ইন্টারন্যাশনাল স্কুলের যোগামহোৎসব নামে একটি দর্শনীয় অনুষ্ঠানের আয়োজন করেছিল, যেখানে ১ থেকে ৮ শ্রেণীর ছাত্র ছাত্রীরা তাদের যোগব্যায়াম দক্ষতা প্রদর্শন করে এবং স্বাস্থ্য ও সুস্থতার বার্তা ছড়িয়ে দেয়। অনুষ্ঠানটি স্কুলের খেলার মাঠ এবং অ্যাসেম্বলি হলে অনুষ্ঠিত হয়, যার প্রধান আকর্ষণ ছিল ছাত্র ছাত্রীরা তাদের সম্মানিত শিক্ষকদের যোগব্যায়াম শেখায়। এই উদ্যোগের উদ্দেশ্য হল ছাত্রছাত্রী এবং শিক্ষকদের মধ্যে স্বাস্থ্যকর অভ্যাস গ্রহণে উৎসাহিত করা, শারীরিক ও মানসিক সুস্থতা বৃদ্ধি করা।অনুষ্ঠানটি স্মরণীয় করার জন্য, সমস্ত অংশগ্রহণকারীরা প্রতিদিন কমপক্ষে ১৫ মিনিট যোগব্যায়ামে উত্সর্গ করার প্রতিশ্রুতি নিয়েছিল। এই দিন ৬ থেকে ৮ শ্রেণীর ছাত্র-ছাত্রীরা প্রশিক্ষকের ভূমিকা গ্রহণ করেছিল। শিক্ষার্থীরা তাদের তাদের শিক্ষকদেরকে আরও উন্নত যোগব্যায়াম ভঙ্গি শিখিয়েছে এবং দক্ষতা প্রদর্শন করেছে । শিক্ষকরা তাদের ছাত্রদের দক্ষতা এবং উৎসাহ দেখে মুগ্ধ হয়ে, তাদের ছাত্রদের কাছ থেকে শেখার সুযোগটি আন্তরিকভাবে গ্রহণ করেছিলেন। অনুষ্ঠান চলাকালীন, প্রধান অধ্যক্ষ শর্মিলী শাহ শ্রোতাদের উদ্দেশ্যে বলেছিলেন, “আমাদের ছাত্র ছাত্রীদের শিক্ষকদের যোগাসন শেখানো দেখে খুব খুশি হয়েছি। এই স্বাস্থ্যকর অভ্যাসের ধারাবাহিকতা নিশ্চিত করতে অর্কিডস দ্য ইন্টারন্যাশনাল স্কুল ইতিমধ্যেই সপ্তাহে দুবার তার পাঠ্যক্রমের মধ্যে যোগা ক্লাস অন্তর্ভুক্ত করেছে। এই উত্সর্গীকৃত সেশনগুলি শিক্ষার্থীদেরকে একজন প্রশিক্ষিত শিক্ষকের নির্দেশনায় যোগা অনুশীলন করার নিয়মিত সুযোগ প্রদান করবে। স্কুলের লক্ষ্য হল একটি পুষ্টিকর পরিবেশ তৈরি করা যা এর ছাত্র ছাত্রী এবং কর্মীদের সামগ্রিক বিকাশকে সমর্থন করে।”

Kolkata, 21st June 2023: Students of Orchids The International School taught yoga to teachers on the occasion of International Yoga Day. The Orchids organized a spectacular event called Yogamhotsav of The International School, where students from classes 1 to 8 showcased their yoga skills and spread the message of health and wellness. The event was held in the school playground and assembly hall, the main attraction of which was students teaching yoga to their esteemed teachers. The objective of this initiative is to encourage the adoption of healthy habits among students and teachers and promote physical and mental well-being. To make the event memorable, all participants took a pledge to devote at least 15 minutes to yoga every day. On this day the students of classes 6 to 8 took on the role of trainers. Students taught their teachers more advanced yoga postures and demonstrated skills. The teachers, impressed by their students’ skills and enthusiasm, eagerly embraced the opportunity to learn from their students. During the event, Head Principal Sharmili Shah addressed the audience, “We are very happy to see our female students teaching yoga to teachers. Orchids The International School has already included yoga classes twice a week in its curriculum to ensure the continuity of these healthy habits. These dedicated sessions will provide students with regular opportunities to practice yoga under the guidance of a trained teacher. The school’s mission is to create a nurturing environment that supports the holistic development of its students and staff.”
