অ্যাডামাস বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের স্কুল অফ মিডিয়া অ্যান্ড কমিউনিকেশনের সঙ্গে সম্প্রতি মউ চুক্তি স্বাক্ষর করল পাবলিক রিলেশনস কাউন্সিল অফ ইন্ডিয়া (পিআরসিআই)।বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের স্কুল অফ মিডিয়া অ্যান্ড কমিউনিকেশন বিভাগের অ্যাসোসিয়েট ডিন, প্রফেসর আকাশদীপ মুনি এই মউ চুক্তি স্বাক্ষর সম্পর্কে বিভিন্ন তথ্য সকলের সামনে তুলে ধরেন এবং এই মউ চুক্তি স্বাক্ষর করেন। সেখানে উপস্থিত ছিলেন অ্যাডামাস বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের রেজিস্ট্রার প্রফেসর শৌভিক রায় চৌধুরী এবং পিআরসিআই-এর সিনিয়র এগজিকিউটিভ ভাইস প্রেসিডেন্ট আর.এন মহাপাত্র।
এছাড়াও অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত ছিলেন বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ভাইস-চ্যান্সেলর প্রফেসর সুরঞ্জন দাস, পিআরসিআই-এর প্রতিষ্ঠাতা ও চেয়ারম্যান এমবি জয়রাম, ইয়ং কমিউনিকেটরস ক্লাবের প্রেসিডেন্ট চিন্ময়ী প্রবীণ, পিআরসিআই-এর সেক্রেটারি জেনারেল ড. টি ভিনায়া কুমার। এছাড়াও এই প্রতিষ্ঠানের দেশব্যাপী একাধিক চ্যাপ্টারের বহু সদস্য ভার্চুয়ালি এই অনুষ্ঠানের সাক্ষী থাকেন। এই চুক্তি স্বাক্ষরের মাধ্যমে দুই প্রতিষ্ঠানের মধ্যে শিক্ষার উন্নতি, ইন্টার্নশিপ, ফিল্ড ভিজিট এবং অন্যান্য কার্যকলাপের ওপর জোর দেওয়া হয়। পিআরসিআই-এর স্টেট হেড ড. অশোক পাণ্ডা এবং সদস্য অরিজিৎ মজুমদার অ্যাডামাস পরিদর্শন করে দুই প্রতিষ্ঠানের আগামী দিনের বিভিন্ন অনুষ্ঠানের যৌথ পরিকল্পনার ভূয়সী প্রশংসা করেন। মিডিয়া ও কমিউনিকেশনের দুনিয়ায় আগামী দিনের বিভিন্ন সম্ভাবনা ও উজ্জ্বল ভবিষ্যতের পথ সুগম করাই লক্ষ্য এই মউ চুক্তির।
Adamas University School of Media and Communication signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Public Relations Council of India (PRCI) on July 17, 2023, to establish a collaboration towards achieving shared interests. Prof. Akash Deep Muni, Associate Dean of the School of Media and Communication, shared numerous benefits of this collaboration. He inked the MOU in the presence of Prof. Shauvik Roy Chowdhury, Registrar of Adamas University, and R.N. Mahapatra, Senior Executive Vice President of PRCI.
The Public Relations Council of India is a forum with a nationwide presence that creates opportunities in the field of public relations. It connects the industry with academia, and this MOU will provide avenues for internships, field visits, and other activities that would expand opportunities for the students The occasion was graced by the Vice Chancellor of the university, Professor Suranjan Das. The founder and chairman of PRCI, M.B. Jayram, along with Chinmayi Pravin, President of the Young Communicators Club, and Dr. T. Vinaya Kumar, Secretary General of PRCI and pan-India chapters, were virtually present to celebrate this milestone.
Dr. Ashok Panda, State Head, and Arijit Majumdar, a senior member of PRCI visited Adamas University and appreciated the institutions for their combined efforts to plan various events in the coming times.
