মালদা: দলীয় প্রার্থীদের সমর্থনে নির্বাচনী প্রচারে মালদা এলেন সাংসদ অভিষেক ব্যানার্জি। অংশ নিলেন এক বিশাল জনসভায়। জানা যায় আসন্ন পঞ্চায়েত নির্বাচনকে সামনে রেখে মালদা জেলা পরিষদ,গ্রাম পঞ্চায়েত এবং পঞ্চায়েত সমিতির প্রার্থীদের সমর্থনে কালিয়াচকের সুজাপুর হাতিমারি ময়দানে এক বিশাল জনসভার আয়োজন করা হয়েছিল। মালদা জেলা তৃণমূল কংগ্রেসের উদ্যোগে আয়োজন করা হয়েছিল জনসভার। এদিন এই জনসভায় প্রধান বক্তা হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন তৃণমূল কংগ্রেসের সর্বভারতীয় সাধারণ সম্পাদক তথা সাংসদ অভিষেক ব্যানার্জি। এছাড়া উপস্থিত ছিলেন রাজ্যের মন্ত্রী সাবিনা ইয়াসমিন, মালদা জেলা তৃণমূল কংগ্রেসের সভাপতি তথা বিধায়ক আব্দুর রহিম বক্সি, বিধায়ক সমর মুখার্জী, বিধায়িকা চন্দনা সরকার, রাজ্যের প্রাক্তন মন্ত্রী তথা রাজ্য তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস কমিটির সহ-সভাপতি কৃষ্ণেন্দু নারায়ন চৌধুরী সহ জেলা তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস নেতৃত্ব। জানা যায় এদিনের এই জনসভায় মালদা জেলা পরিষদের ৪৩ টি আসনের তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস প্রার্থীরা উপস্থিত ছিলেন। এছাড়াও জেলার বিভিন্ন গ্রাম পঞ্চায়েত এবং পঞ্চায়েত সমিতির তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস প্রার্থীরাও উপস্থিত হয়েছিলেন।

It is learned that in view of the upcoming panchayat elections, a huge public meeting was organized at Sujapur Hatimari Maidan in Kaliachak in support of Malda Zilla Parishad, Gram Panchayat and Panchayat Samiti candidates. The public meeting was organized on the initiative of Malda District Trinamool Congress. Trinamool Congress All India General Secretary and Member of Parliament Abhishek Banerjee was present as the main speaker in this public meeting. Besides, State Minister Sabina Yasmin, Malda District Trinamool Congress President and MLA Abdur Rahim Bakshi, MLA Samar Mukherjee, MLA Chandana Sarkar, former State Minister and Vice President of State Trinamool Congress Committee Krishnendu Narayan Chowdhury and district Trinamool Congress leadership were also present. It is known that Trinamool Congress candidates of 43 seats of Malda District Parishad were present in this public meeting. Trinamool Congress candidates from various Gram Panchayats and Panchayat Samiti of the district were also present.
