মালদা,১৭ জুলাই : বিজেপি কর্মী বাবাকে খুন করার অভিযোগ তৃণমূল কর্মী ছেলে ও বৌমার বিরুদ্ধে। রবিবার সকালে বিজেপি কর্মীর ঝুলন্ত দেহ উদ্ধার করেছিল পুলিশ। গ্রামবাসীদের অভিযোগ, বিজেপি কর্মী বুরন মুর্মুকে মারধর দিয়ে খুন করে ঝুলিয়ে দেওয়ার অভিযোগ উঠে ছেলে বিপ্লব মুর্মু ও বৌমা শর্মিলা মুর্মু্র বিরুদ্ধে। গ্রাম পঞ্চায়েত নির্বাচনে মালদা জেলার বামনগোলা ব্লকের কইনা দিঘি এলাকায় শর্মিলা মুর্মু প্রার্থী হয়েছিলেন তৃণমূল কংগ্রেসের। বুরন মুর্মু প্রচার করেছিলেন বিজেপি প্রার্থীর হয়ে। বিজেপি প্রার্থীর কাছে হেরে যান শর্মিলা মুর্ম। ভোট ফলাফলের পর শনিবার রাতে বাবাকে মারধর দিয়ে খুন করে ঝুলিয়ে দেওয়ার অভিযোগ উঠে ছেলের বিরুদ্ধে।
ঘটনার তদন্তে নামে বামনগোলা থানার পুলিশ। খুনের অভিযোগে ছেলে বিপ্লব মূর্মু এবং বৌমা শর্মিলা মুরমু কে গ্রেফতার করে পুলিশ। সোমবার তাদের তোলা হয় মালদা জেলা আদালতে।
Malda, July 17: Trinamool worker’s son and grandmother have been accused of murdering a BJP worker’s father. The hanging body of the BJP worker was recovered by the police on Sunday morning. Allegations the villagers, son Biplab Murmu and grandmother Sharmila Murmu have been accused of beating BJP worker Buron Murmu to death and hanging him. Sharmila Murmu was the Trinamool Congress candidate in the Kaina Dighi area of Bamangola block of Malda district in the village panchayat elections. Buron Murmu campaigned for the BJP candidate. Sharmila Murm lost to the BJP candidate. After the results of the polls, the son was accused of beating his father to death and hanging him on Saturday night. The Bamangola police station is investigating the incident. Police arrested son Biplab Murmu and grandmother Sharmila Murmu on charges of murder. They were taken to the Malda District Court on Monday.
