কোলকাতা, জুলাই 2023 : সারাদিন কাজ করার পর আপনার প্রিয় খাবার এবং ভালো কোম্পানির সাথে মন খুলে বা আপনার বন্ধুবান্ধব এবং পরিবারের সাথে আপনার চুল নিচে নামানোর চেয়ে সতেজ আর কিছু নেই। উজ্জ্বল আলোয় ভরা লুসিবোর আরামদায়ক পরিবেশে আপনি আপনার সৃজনশীল শক্তির প্রবাহ অনুভব করতে পারেন। AJ2, সেক্টর 2, সল্টলেক সিটি, কলকাতা – 700091-এ অবস্থিত, 8 নং দ্বীপের নিকটবর্তী, লুসিবো 2000 বর্গফুট জুড়ে 65 জন অতিথির বসার ক্ষমতা সহ বিস্তৃত। জায়গাটি প্রতিদিন সকাল 11 টা থেকে 11 টা পর্যন্ত খোলা থাকে। জায়গাটি দুই বন্ধু অয়ন্তিকা মজুমদার এবং অনির্বাণ বর্মন দ্বারা প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়েছে, উভয়ই উদ্যোক্তা জীবনধারা এবং আতিথেয়তার পটভূমিতে। প্রতিষ্ঠাতারা চেয়েছিলেন যে অভ্যন্তরীণটি ন্যূনতম হলেও প্রাণবন্ত হোক এবং খাবার যেন নিখুঁত ভারসাম্যপূর্ণ হয় যাতে সমস্ত বয়সের গোষ্ঠী তাদের খাবার উপভোগ করতে পারে তবে পকেটে মাত্র রুপিতে হালকা। দুজনের জন্য 600। বিশ্বব্যাপী রন্ধনপ্রণালী দ্বারা অনুপ্রাণিত হয়ে, স্থানটি জাপান, চীন, দক্ষিণ পূর্ব এশিয়া, ইউরোপ, ভারত, মার্কিন যুক্তরাষ্ট্র এবং আরও অনেক কিছুর মতো 20 টি দেশ থেকে খাবারের বৈশিষ্ট্যযুক্ত একটি গুরমেট মেনু উপস্থাপন করে। “যখন আমরা এই জায়গায় এসেছিলাম, সেই সময়ে এটি একটি সম্পূর্ণ ভিন্ন চেহারা ছিল এবং আমরা ভাবতে শুরু করেছি, কীভাবে আমরা এটিকে সেরাদের মধ্যে একটি করতে পারি। আমরা এটি সহজ কিন্তু আকর্ষণীয় রাখতে চাই। আমরা চাই সব বয়সের মানুষ এখানে তাদের সময় উপভোগ করুক। আমরা কলকাতার সেরা হতে চাই! একবার আমাদের অতিথিরা আসবে, আমরা বিশ্বাস করি যে তারা আসতেই থাকবে!” বলেন অয়ন্তিকা মজুমদার। অভ্যন্তরীণ ন্যূনতম কিন্তু প্রাণবন্ত, সাদা দেয়াল, রঙিন আসবাবপত্র এবং দেয়ালে প্রজাপতি রয়েছে। লুসিবোর প্রবেশদ্বারটি উত্কৃষ্ট তবে আধ্যাত্মিক এবং একটি সমৃদ্ধ স্পন্দন দেয়। অয়ন্তিকা বলেছেন, “আমরা অতিথিদের জন্য অডিও, ভিজ্যুয়াল এবং ডাইনিং অভিজ্ঞতা সহ ক্লাসে সর্বোত্তম স্থান চেয়েছিলাম। এমনকি যখন আমরা বিশ্ব রান্না পরিবেশন করছি, তখনও খাদ্য উপাদান স্থানীয় জৈব খামার থেকে আসছে যাতে আমরা তাজা এবং উচ্চ মানের খাবার সরবরাহ করতে পারি। আমাদের অতিথিদের কাছে।” Lusscibo কিছু সিগনেচার মকটেল যেমন Lusscibo melancia, টেন্ডার কোকোনাট মোজিটো, কিউই শসা মিন্ট কুলার, ভিনিসিয়ান ডিটক্স এবং আরও অনেক কিছু তৈরি করেছে। পানীয় বিভাগে কিছু ভার্জিন পিনা কোলাডা, ভার্জিন সাংরিয়া, চা, কফি, বাবল চা, বোবা পানীয়, শেক, স্মুদি, নন অ্যালকোহলযুক্ত বিয়ার এবং আরও অনেক কিছু রয়েছে। সম্পূর্ণ খাবারের মেনুতে সালাদ এবং স্যুপ রয়েছে যেমন সোম ট্যাম কাঁচা পেঁপে সালাদ, ভিয়েতনামী রাইস পেপার রোলস, সিজার সালাদ, তরমুজ ফেটা সালাদ, মি ভ্যান দ্যান ওয়ানটন নুডল স্যুপ, টম খা মশলাদার থাই নারকেল দুধের স্যুপ এবং আরও অনেক কিছু। অ্যাপেটাইজার বিভাগে সারা বিশ্বে কিছু চমত্কার খাবার রয়েছে যেমন কালো সুন্দরী, স্টিমড অ্যাসপারাগাস এবং ব্রকলি, ওরিয়েন্টাল চিকেন পিপার সল্ট, সাতে আয়াম, থাই কর্ন কেক এবং আরও অনেক কিছু। এই জায়গায় তুলসী পেস্তো পনির টিক্কা, ঝিঙ্গা খাই বারি, তন্দুরি পমফ্রেট, কাবাব প্ল্যাটার্স, মুরঘ আপ কি পসন্দ, হারে অর নিরাপদ পিয়াজ কি গোষ্ট এবং আরও অনেক কিছুর মতো কিছু ভারতীয় খাবার রয়েছে। মেনুতে রয়েছে মুখের জলের সুশি, ডিমসাম এবং বাও যেমন কিমা করা ল্যাম্ব এবং স্ক্যালিয়ন বাও, চারকোল ডিমসামস ফিলি সংস্করণ, চিংড়ি টেম্পুরা উরামাকি সুশি রোল এবং আরও অনেক কিছু। অতিথিরা কিছু সুস্বাদু পিজ্জা, পাস্তা, স্ট্রোগানফ, রিসোটো বিভিন্ন ধরণের ভাত এবং রুটির সাথে যুক্ত হতে পারেন।

In the comfortable setting of Lusscibo filled with bright lights you can feel your creative energy flow. Located at AJ2, Sector 2, Salt Lake City, Kolkata – 700091, nearest to Island No.8, Lusscibo is spread across 2000 square feet with a seating capacity of 65 guests. The place is open from 11 am to 11 pm every day. The place has been founded by two friends Ayantika Mazumder and Anirban Burman, both entrepreneurs with a lifestyle and hospitality background. The founders wanted the interiors to be minimal yet vibrant and food to be the perfect balance so that all age groups can enjoy their meals yet being light on pocket at just Rs. 600 for two. Inspired by the global cuisine, the place presents a gourmet menu featuring dishes from 20 countries like Japan, China, Southeast Asia, Europe, India, USA and more. “When we came to this place, it was a totally different look at that point of time and we started thinking, how can we make it one of the best. We want to keep it simple but attractive. We want people of all ages to enjoy their time here. We want to be the best in Kolkata! Once our guests come, we believe that they’ll keep on coming!” says Ayantika Mazumder.
The interiors are minimal but vibrant, having white walls, colourful furniture and butterflies on the walls. The entrance of Lusscibo is classy yet spiritual and gives a rich vibe. Ayantika says, “We wanted the space to be best in class with audio, visual and dining experience for the guests. Even when we are serving world cuisine, food ingredients are coming from local organic farms so that we can provide fresh and high-quality food to our guests.” Lusscibo has curated some signature mocktails like Lusscibo melancia, tender coconut mojito, kiwi cucumber mint cooler, venetian detox and more. The beverage section also has some virgin pina colada, virgin sangria, tea, coffee, bubble teas, boba drinks, shakes, smoothies, non-alcoholic beer and much more.
The exhaustive food menu includes salads and soups like Som tam raw papaya salad, Vietnamese rice paper rolls, Caesar salad, watermelon feta salad, mi van than wonton noodle soup, tom kha spicy Thai coconut milk soup and more. The appetizers section has some scrumptious dishes all over the world like black beauties, steamed asparagus and broccoli, oriental chicken pepper salt, satay ayam, Thai corn cakes and more. The place also has some Indian delicacies like basil pesto paneer tikka, Jhinga Khai Bari, tandoori pomfret, kebab platters, murgha aap ki pasanda, hare aur Safed Piaz ki gosht, and much more. The menu consists of some mouthwatering sushi, dim sum and bao like minced lamb and scallions bao, charcoal dim sums Philly version, prawn tempura uramaki sushi roll and much more. Guests can also delve into some delicious pizzas, pastas, stroganoff, risotto paired with different types of rice and breads.
