কলকাতা, ৫আগস্ট: এস বি পার্ক সার্বজনিন তাদের উদ্ভাবনী ধারণা এবং উদযাপন শৈলীর জন্য শহরের অন্যতম নজরকাড়া পুজো হিসেবে পরিচিত। তাদের প্রতি বছরের থিমে কিছু না কিছু নতুনত্ব থাকেই। এবারেও তার অন্যথা হচ্ছেনা। কলকাতার প্রেস ক্লাবে আজ তারা এ বছরের পুজোর থিম ‘এলেম নতুন দেশে’ লঞ্চ করল। স্টেট ব্যাঙ্ক পার্ক (এস বি পার্ক) সর্বজনীন দুর্গোৎসব, ঠাকুরপুকুর, এখনও পর্যন্ত তাদের উচ্চ মানের দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি এবং গভীর চিন্তার দ্বারা পুজো তথা বলা ভালো বিশেষভাবে, দুর্গা পুজোর সাথে জড়িত। সংস্থাটি পুজোর ব্যাপারটিকে গবেষণা এবং সৃজনশীল কল্পনার জগতে রূপান্তরিত করেছে। এস বি পার্ক সর্বজনীন দুর্গোৎসব, ঠাকুরপুকুর, এই অক্টোবরে তাদের ৫৩ তম বছর উদযাপন করছে৷
থিম লঞ্চ অনুষ্ঠানটি বিভিন্ন বিশিষ্ট ব্যক্তিত্বের উপস্থিতিতে ঝলমলে ছিল যেমন: সম্পূর্ণা লাহিড়ী, এস বি পার্ক সার্বজনীন দুর্গোৎসব ২০২৩-এর অভিনেত্রী ও ব্র্যান্ড অ্যাম্বাসেডর; জয় সরকার, সঙ্গীত পরিচালক যিনি থিম মিউজিকও তৈরি করেছেন; রামানন্দ বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়, শিল্পী যিনি এই বছরের প্রতিমা ডিজাইন করেছেন; আরিঘনা সাহা, সহকারী শিল্পী; শিবশঙ্কর দাস, মূল থিমের প্রধান ডিজাইনার এবং শিল্পী; বরুন কর, লাইট ডিজাইনার, ভিজিটিং ফ্যাকাল্টি, এনএসডি, নিউ দিল্লি এবং থিয়েটার ডিরেক্টর, মৃণাল কান্তি মন্ডল, শিকা ইন্ডিয়া প্রাইভেট লিমিটেড এর জাতীয় বিক্রয় প্রবন্ধক সহ আরও অনেক বিশিষ্ট ব্যক্তিত্ব।
মিডিয়ার সাথে কথা বলার সময়, ক্লাবের সভাপতি শ্রী সঞ্জয় মজুমদার বলেন, “এস বি পার্ক সার্বজনিন তাদের থিম- ‘এলেম নতুন দেশে’- র মাধ্যমে ৫৩ তম বছর উদযাপন করতে পেরে অত্যন্ত গর্বিত। বর্তমানের এমন সংকটময় সময়ে, যখন চারপাশের বিশ্ব রাজনীতি, ধর্ম, পুঁজিবাদ এবং জলবায়ু সংকটের কারণে প্রতি সেকেন্ডে আমাদের উৎকন্ঠিত হয়ে থাকতে হচ্ছে, তখন এস বি পার্ক শৈল্পিক কল্পনার মাধ্যমে একটি সমাধানে পৌঁছানোর চেষ্টা করতে চায়। এই পুজো দেশের প্রতিটি রাজ্যকে স্বাগত জানায় এবং এর ব্যানারগুলি দেশের প্রতিটি রাজ্যের আঞ্চলিক ভাষায় প্রদর্শিত হবে। আমরা আত্মবিশ্বাসী যে এই বছরও মানুষ আমাদের প্রচেষ্টার প্রশংসা করবে।” তিনি সকলকে পরিবার ও বন্ধুদের সাথে পুজোয় আসার আমন্ত্রণ জানান।
Kolkata, 5th August 2023: S B Park Sarbojanin one of the eye-catcher puja of the city for its innovative concept and celebration style Launches its Theme ‘Elem Notun Deshe’ (We have arrived in a new land) today at Press Club, Kolkata. The State Bank Park (S B Park) Sarbojanin Durgotsav, Thakurpukur, has so far left a mark by its high standard of scale and deep thoughts inextricably linked to puja and more prominently, Durga Pujo. The organization has converted the domain of puja into a site of research and creative imagination. S B Park Sarbojanin Durgotsav, Thakurpukur, marks its 53rd year this October.
The occasion was glittered by the presence of various eminent personalities like Sampurna Lahiri, Actress and brand Ambassador for S B Park Sarbojanin Durgotsav 2023; Joy Sarkar, Music Director who has also created the theme Music; Ramananda Bandyopadhyay, Artist who has designed this year’s Idol; Arighna Saha, Assistant Artist; Shibshankar Das, Chief Designer and artist of the central theme; Barun Kar, Light Designer, Visiting Faculty, NSD, New Delhi and Theatre Director; Mrinal Kanti Mandal, National Sales Manager at Sika India Pvt Ltd and many other eminent personalities.
Speaking to the media, Mr. Sanjay Majumder, Club President said, “S B Park Sarbojanin takes immense pride in celebrating the 53rd year with its theme – Elem Notun Deshe (We have arrived in a new land). During such a convulsive time as ours, when the world around us is getting narrower every second with politics, religion, capitalism, and the climate crisis looming large, S B Park attempts to reach a solution via artistic imagination. This Puja welcomes every state in the country and its banners will be featured in each state of the country in its regional language. We are confident that people would appreciate our effort this year too.” he added inviting everyone to come to the puja with family and friends.
