দক্ষিণ দিনাজপুর:- ৮৬ বছরের প্রবীন শিশির অধিকারীকে উদ্দেশ্য করে পাথর ছোঁড়াকে প্রবীনদের অপমান করা হয়েছে। বুধবার জন্মাষ্টমী উপলক্ষ্যে দক্ষিণ দিনাজপুর জেলার তপন ব্লকের রাধা গোবিন্দ মন্দিরের অনুষ্ঠানে সামিল হতে এসে বিরোধী দলনেতা শুভেন্দু অধিকারী এভাবেই উস্কে দিলেন প্রবীনদের। রাজ্যপালের উপাচার্য নিয়োগকে তিনি আইন সন্মত বলেই জানান। তার কথায়, রাজ্যপাল আইন মেনেই কাজ করছেন। বেতন বন্ধ করা প্রসঙ্গে তিনি বলেন, মুখে না বলে আগে করে দেখাক রাজ্য সরকার। তবে এনিয়ে রাজ্য সরকারকে খেসারত দিতে হবে বলে শুভেন্দু কার্যত হুঁশিয়ারি দেন। অন্যদিকে, এজেলায় শুভেন্দু অধিকারীর এই কর্মসূচিতে ছিলেন না বিজেপির রাজ্য সভাপতি সুকান্ত মজুমদার। তাকে জেলাতেই পৃথক কর্মসূচি করতে দেখা যায়। যা নিয়েই বিতর্ক তৈরি হয়েছে। দলীয় কোন্দল বলেই দাবি বিরোধীদের। এপ্রসঙ্গে বিজেপির রাজ্য সভাপতি সুকান্ত মজুমদার বলেন, তপন রাধা গোবিন্দ মন্দিরে শুভেন্দু অধিকারীর কর্মসূচি ব্যক্তিগত। এটা দলের নয়। এব্যাপারে তিনি জানাননি আমাকে। হয়ত জেলা সভাপতিকে জানিয়েছেন।
